Try It Tuesday~ Memorabilia and scrapbooking.

Hi guys!
I have a scrapbook page I did with memorabilia a while back.  I wanted one page but I had lots of elements and no picture was taken when the memorabilia was collected.
 Oh my!!!!
My mind went back to my Shimelle classes and came up with this~

I layered the memorabilia, to flip up , making it so EASY to get all
of this on the page.   The photo was taken later that night, same day and
I wanted one of all of them together.  So it worked out:)

We were at the Children's Museum in Indianapolis, Indiana.  We were visiting Egypt and
the grands had the opportunity to have their name written in Egyptian.
Wish I had a picture, but this works.
Products Used:
Paper: Bo Bunny
stickers: American Crafts, October Afternoon
washi tape, paper clip

Mason Jar full of Sea Shells ~ Darkroom Door

Hi guys!!
I have another creation to share using the new release Mason Jar from Darkroom Door.
Stamp Mason Jar on pattern paper of your choice.  Cut out and ink edges for shading ( Ranger Distress Ink).  Stamps out Sea Shells ( Archival/Ranger) using ink colors of your choice.  Cut them out and shade edges.  Stamp a few of the Sea Shell images inside the  Mason Jar.  Stamp the Carved Leaves and cut them out. Take a small piece of cheese cloth and wet it with a water spray bottle. Use Distress Ink to shade the cheese cloth.  Dry with heat gun.  Arrange the elements around the Mason Jar.   Adhere and add a little shimmer with a glitter pen.  Add sentiment.

Clear Scraps~ A Mixable Medley Mini Album!

Hi , Connie here with a really cute mini album using the Mixable Medley Album by Clear Scraps.  This album is half acrylic and half chipboard I adore the look of both elements together!  I hope you do too!!!

* The chipboard pages are covered with pattern paper. The edges are sanded, so the paper doesn't curl up.
* The acrylic pages have journal boxes on them (front and back) the same place.  The adhesive won't show if the boxes are back to back.
* The embellishments are added with glue dots and Zip Dry by Beacon. Foam dots are used too.

* The album has five pages cascading down.
* The paper edges are inked for a shading effect.

* The album is ready for some cute photos:)

Shipping Tag by Darkroom Door~

Just a brief summary of how I created the Shipping Tag by Darkroom Door~
Stamp Shipping Tags on Manila cardstock.   Using the Stamp-a-ma-jig the windmill was stamped inside the Shipping Tags. The Shipping Tag was cut out and adhered to pattern paper.  Shade the Shipping Tag and adhere to a Manila card base, stamped with the BG Brushed Stars.  Shade and embellish.  To see more examples visit the Darkroom Door Blog.
