Bald Eagle by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps~

Hi guys!
Today I'm creating with the Bald Eagle stamp by
Blue Knight Rubber Stamps. I created two cards~

Both of these cards are created the same just using different size
stamps of the image.

I used Distress Oxide inks to create a mixed media type
background for the card.  The Bald Eagle is colored
in with Distress Oxide inks. The  sentiment is embossed
and comes from the Legendary set.

A mixed media background is created with Distress Oxide inks.
The eagle is stamped with black ink. The sentiment is stamped and
double matted with cardstock. The sentiment is from the
Bible Verses 1 set. Both cards are adhered using adhesive
by Scrapbook Adhesive by 3L.

RubberStampMadness ~ Summer Issue

Hi guys!
I have some good news to share.
Two cards were selected for the Summer issue of
RubberStampMadness.  If you have never seen the magazine
it is really neat.  Stories are written about the projects/cards.
It is a different format than most magazine that
publish created cards/scrapbook pages etc.

Card #1

The call was for using a "map" on your project.  I stamped my image on a
vintage map from my stash.  I'm creating with Campsite by
Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.  Perfect for this call~

Card #2

This was published as a teaser card for the next issue.  It showcases my
hand carved pumpkin stamps.  I'm creating with Blue Knight Rubber Stamps,
Darkroom Door, Tim Holtz idea-ology paper dolls and stickers.

Hey, thanks for stopping by and more news soon on something
really cool!!!

Statue of Liberty & Skyline by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps~

Hi guys!
Today I'm working with Statue Of Liberty & Skyline by
Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.  I have three cards to share~

The silhouette stamps are a game changer for me.  They look
great on a bright background or mixed media type background.

The background is created with Distress Oxide ink and
a stencil (Sunshine by Darkroom Door). I used a stamping platform
on all three cards so I could re-stamp the silhouette stamp to get a crisp,
rich image.  The sentiment is embossed with white embossing
powder on black cardstock.

This card is stamped with Old Glory stamp and
then colored in with Distress Oxide inks. The sentiment is
embossed and is from the God Bless America set.

The background is created with the same stencil as I used in the
above card.  The sentiment is embossed and added to the card front.
I used the Titus, The Great Adventure set for the sentiments.
A stamping platform is a great tool to be able to re-stamp
the image several times to get a rich, crisp imprint.
The adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

Scrapbooking with Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L~

 Hi guys!
Today is my turn on the Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L Blog.
I haven't scrapbooked in over a year but I had a really special
photo that I wanted to create a page for.  I must say I really had
fun putting the page together.  I don't have the latest or greatest paper but I
still love the process of creating a page.

I used 3D Foam Adhesives to adhere the letters, journal strips and the
die cuts.  I love the dimension that the 3D Foam Adhesives give
 the elements.

I have all the details on the Scrapbook Adhesive by 3L Blog.
I hope you will take a look.

Policeman by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps~

Hi guys!
My turn to share  one of the new silhouette stamps from
Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.  There is six new silhouette
stamps and I'm creating with the Policeman.

You not only get the silhouette (Policeman stamp) but two
other related to law enforcement.  I think it is a great set.

Card 1~
A background was created using a brick wall stencil
(Darkroom Door) and Grey Distress Oxide ink.
The images were stamped out on
white cardstock and cut out.  The emblem (flag) was masked off to get
the colors blue and red in the right places.
All adhesive used is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

Card 2~

The images were stamped in random spots on
grey cardstock. I used grey ink for the images also. The
Policeman is stamped in black ink using a
stamping platform.  The stars and sentiment are from the
God Bless America set. The sentiment is embossed
with white embossing powder.

Beach Bird by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps~

Hi guys!
I'm creating with the newly released Beach Bird by
Blue Knight Rubber Stamp This is a great stamp for
creating notecards.

I used different color mediums on each card.  Panpastels for
the top card and Distress Oxide inks for the bottom card.

The image was stamped using a stamping platform and then
re-stamped after the color was added. By re-stamping you really clean
up the stamp lines and make them crisp.  I added stamps from the Foot Bridge
set and Daddy's Home set.  The sentiment is embossed with white
embossing powder.

This card is created the same way as the top card but is colored
with Distress Oxide ink.
I use adhesive by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L for all of my projects.

Silhouette stamping with Topflight Stamps~

 Hi guys!
It is my turn on the Topflight Blog today.  I'm
creating with two stamps by Katzelkraft called
KTZ198/deer and KTZ219/wildflowers. They are
silhouette stamps and they are amazing!!

When stamping silhouette stamps, it is best to use a stamping
platform (Misti) so you can re-stamp several times to get solid
coverage and clean stamping lines.
I have all the fun details on the Topflight Blog, I hope you will
take a look.
