Clear Scraps~ a mini tabbed album!!!

Hi guys!!!

I want to share a really cute mini with you~

I did this one for Clear Scraps and it made it to CHA 2014.

I call it " Blessings"~

I have done a step by step on the Clear Scraps Blog.  To see the inside pages they are in the tutorial.

Take note of the beautiful acrylic album and the acrylic feather in the center and the key~it is brass!!!!

Try It Tuesday ~ inspiration, you never know!

I have a layout to show you using some last year Easter picture's.  

I used a sketch and what caught my eye was the small photo's~how they were used, so I thought I would try to do that:):)  That was the only part of the sketch I used:):) ~inspiration!!!!

The supplies are The Paper Studio, 7gypsies, Little Yellow Bicycle and American Crafts.

I really love how it came together and I even love the orange which is usually not in my color palette.

Darkroom Door Carved Birds Vol.1~

I have a bird tag:):) using Darkroom Door's Carved Birds Vol. 1, designed by Godelieve Tijskens.

I would love to hang out with her :):). She is  super talented:):)

The background stamp (Chicken Wire)  is also by Darkroom Door and fast becoming a favorite of mine.  The ink is by Ranger/Wendy Vecchi.

Clear Scraps ~ a Tea Cup card!

Hi guys!!!!

I have a card to share that made it to CHA 2014 with Clear Scraps!!!!

Clear Scraps released some awesome acrylic pieces.

  I invite you to take a look:):)

 

 The Clear Scraps products are the tea cup and the  hearts stencil.  The inside has a tea bag in an embossed envelope, just because girls like that:):)

For some reason I couldn't get the heart stencil to load but just follow the link.  The tea cup is actually a mini album.  I just used one page of the little mini.

The Curtsey Boutique~a Valentine treat!

Hi guys~

Just in case you missed my post up on The Curtsey Boutique here it is~

I used the 5X7 Kraft bags and made Valentine treats with them.  

I put tickets for dinner, ticket for a movie and some candy.

These could easily be adapted for Easter or a Birthday.

Try It Tuesday~ WOW embossing products, so fun!!!!

Hi guys!!!

Had a great 3 day weekend. We enjoyed 2 of our 5 grands.Even crafted with one of them:):)

We busted out the WOW embossing powder products and did some of this~

We made rings, flowers and pins.  The recipe is simple~ heat tool, Melt-It-Powder(WOW), embossing  {color }powder, Clear Gloss (WOW), Wow flower mold, small pie tin and nose clip {just like the picture}

We had so much fun. Even showed back up at Craft Crossing for more supplies.  Almost forgot, we added magnets to the backs of the flowers.  Simple and cute gift.

A good junkin' day~

Hi guys {happy valentine's day}!!

It's been awhile since I did a junkin' post, so I hope you enjoy this.

 

I was really excited to find these milk caps.  Borden's was the milk I grew up on as a kid.

  I paid $2.50 for ten. 

I think this will look awesome on the ladies restroom door at Craft Crossing.

I paid $2.  The letter's aren't raised or embossed, but it is still way cool!!!!

My mom gave these to me~size 3 child's. I decorate with them and remember

 when we had little feet like that around:):)

 

 This is a Bayer Aspirin bottle.  I thought it was a perfume bottle, got it home and it clearly says Bayer Company along the side.  I paid $1.  I have already found a purpose for it~

 

 Perfect!!!!!

Valentine Treats~ a Pinterest gift!

I almost forgot about Valentine's Day this Friday:):)

Hubby reminded me when he brought me a new coffee mug.  I'm easy~

I told him he should start me a new collection, because this is second Valentine's mug he has given me:)

 Avocado Arts released two sets for February and they compliment each  other so well.

I did a couple of layouts using my Disney pictures and a Wedding treat!!!

I used both sets on this one.  The bug is a great image, so many ways to use this.

Using both sets on this one also.  The thumbs up is super cute and a great image!!

On these I made a little candy wrapper and stamped the wedding saying, from Forever Yours, in the middle and then wrapped around a candy treat.  

Adorable to sprinkle on gift table or in giant candy dish.

Frames~

 Hi guys~hope you had a great weekend!

I did get to go junkin'.  The store was an old movie theater and it was extremely cold, (hard to shop when your freezing)  I did  find some keepers~I'll show you soon!

I've had this frame for sometime but wanted to show you how cool it looks showcasing the clock~

I still may do something else with it but for now I like this look!!!

Old frames are great back drops for clustering photos or a collection of something~

Teapot Album with Clear Scraps~

Hi guys!!

 I have another project to share with you that also made it to CHA 2014.  Clear Scraps has a bunch a new mini albums, chipboard, acrylic or both.  This one is a Chipboard Teapot album.  I love the beauty of just the chipboard.

I also used the 6" Dragonfly Wallpaper stencil and the Flowers Mixers.

I love heating the acrylic flowers and bending them into dimensional flowers.

 I kept the inside pages pretty simple.  The stencil worked magic~ just a little something and then add your photos.  Thanks for stopping by today. I hope you will go check out all of the new products Clear Scraps has in the store~fabulous!!!!!
