This is what I found a few weeks ago ~

right in my neck of the woods too!

 Loved this ~ old school book  $3

(I have a thing for old hardware)

 glass knobs (7) $35.

$5 each ~ not a bad price.

Last one I priced was $10. for one.

old enamel lid 8" ~ $2.25

Cute to stick kitchen scissors in the lid handle.

Hi guys!!

Got lots to show you, so here we go~

I found these items at a high priced Antique Show in our area.  There was one booth that was packed full of little items, that were cheap!  Stuff like keys, typewriter keys, children's alphabet blocks, small stamps and tons of game pieces.  I had a blast going through everything. This is what made it to the car~

 Glass  Alka-Seltzer bottle ~ $2

I have buttons in it.

 So happy to find this~the biggest Floral Frog I have . 6" size of a saucer

They had $16 on it and I got it for $14

 The keys were .50 each. I love the flat kind, great for metal stamping.

The typewriter keys were .50 each.  They had trays and trays!

 This was a cute find.  The 6 (on the L) was $1 and the 666666 (on the R) was 

$2.  They stamp good, just need to be inked up heavy and stamped on a flat surface.

 

They had buckets of these Alphabet Blocks~all sizes and you could tell some where really 

old and some where not. They  were .50 each.

I got the initials of my new great nephews.

I've got some cool stuff to share with you. Really awesome stuff!!!!

The star of the show is this beauty~

A small German Paper Cutter ~ $35.

When I have trouble walking by something, that is a sign to buy it:)

And yes, it still cuts paper!

It is about 3" X 6"  {the paper bed}

This is a single hole punch~ $10

Adorable!!!

And it still punches!!!

Gone Junkin' Friday~

Hi guys!

I have some junkin' finds from Indiana and Illinois to share with you.

I have plans for these beauties~

Thought this hand dish was so cute~my plan was to take off the writing

(thinking it was a decal) well it won't budge!

I haven't given up just need to find something that will take it off~

Some times I pay way to much for something~this was one of those times.  I can just see this with rose hips and a long red candle and some greenery and that is why I paid

These are hard to find, so when I see one I will buy it

I love this! I have never seen one with no advertisement on it.  The color is kinda of grey.  I have the perfect thing to scrapbook on this~be looking for it soon!!!

 Friend sent me these:):)  ~ I'll link up my project that I used these on.

 Loved these jars, bottles.  The Racine, Wisconsin jar was $7 yikes!!! 

The 5 pottery round  was $1.25 (really)

and the small creamer (with the milk cap) was $3

 This is what I did with them. The Wisconsin jar has old keys in it and I put the glass beads in this.

 This was ONE DOLLAR~ steal of a deal, folks!!!!

 

Same friend that sent me the beads sent me these:)

I love this old mirror~I'm going to hang it upside down, so "o" ring will be on the bottom, right next to my JBS hotel key board in my bathroom.  It is really fabulous. Picture does not do it justice.  It was $4.  The cool hook was free.

This film reel container was a steal of a deal at $2 each and I should have bought more than one, but wasn't sure what to do with it. Been thinkin' ~

Hi everyone~

 

I have some fun junkin' stuff to show you.  Some of it was given to me and some it I bought.  I'll tell you what I know about them and then It will be your turn to link us up with your junkin' find, a re-purposed item, a vintage item, something you want to re-purpose but haven't yet~you get it? Something way "cool".  OK here's what I have in my waiting bin~

I think this is some kind of trim, maybe for a bed shirt~not sure, but I have something in mind for it.  This was given to me.  Found it in an old house being torn down.

 

 This was a gift from  my mom~ It cost $7.95 brand new.  Not sure what she paid, not sure how I will use it yet.

Old sheet music~love the covers, yes, it was given to me.

These too, given to me.  Aren't they cute!

Yes these, too.  If you would like some of the doilies I will share with the first two people that email me , promise!!

Piano rolls for the old player piano's. Very cool. Yes they were given to me, from the same house that was being torn down. 

 I bought these~really. $2 each!! Can't pass them up.
