Jenni Bowlin

This is what I did yesterday, on my birthday!! I love the Jenni Bowlin vintage papers and her style. I found this vintage 1952 needle book in an antique shop and it reminded me of our cruise. I thought this would look great on the layout. Have your ever thought about adding some vintage element to a layout page? Let me know if you do. Have a great day!!

Crate Paper/ Lemon Grass

OK enough of my collections, back to scrap booking!! This is an old line of paper but I still love it!! This is Lemon grass by Crate Paper. Has a "fallish" feel to it - but as you can see you don't need fall pic's. The Ivy is by Queens & Co. - love that stuff!! I love using up my old supplies. Dig out some of that old stuff and get creative. Have a good one!

Doors

This is a old Firestone Freezer door. It is sage green and I use it to display my favorite pic's of my favorite people. The Firestone emblem is on the front and is brass. Very cool!!
Two old doors that have seen a better day but lucky for them I love the primitive look so hubby hinged them together and what an awesome display for my old platters.

This one is an old water heater cabinet door. It is smaller than a regular door. I guess that's what drew me to it. Another display for more platters. Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day.

Buttons-lots of them

Thought I would take a break from posting layouts and share with you part of my button collection. I wish I could open these jars and show the beautiful buttons in them but I can't so your going to have to take my word for it. The old canning jars with zinc lids aren't bad either.
This kinda of stuff really gets my heart beating fast. Enjoy looking!! What gets your heart beating? Leave me a comment and if I can get 25 comments I will pick a winner for a RAK.

Tell me what you like to collect. Thanks for stopping by. have a wonderful weekend.

last of Chatterbox/fabulous

These are some of my favorite pic's of this "little girl". I had to talk her into smiling big for the camera. The necklace she is wearing is my MIL - that makes these pic's even more special!!
I used the Chatterbox/fabulous paper set with all the embellishments. AC Bailey has plenty in stock-go take a look. It is a light weight paper and so many possibilities!! Have fun with it. Thanks for stopping by!!

Little Books

These were so fun to make and so easy and I love easy!! I used a 3 1/2" x5" coaster and covered it with Chatterbox/fabulous. I used the clips to keep it together and made the holes with the crop-a-dile. Love that tool. These went very fast. I also used the plastic that held the chip board words and used it as an over lay for the front cover.
This one I used my SU die and cut out the shape. I also used the packaging that the stickers from Chatterbox came on. I used the plastic as an overlay on this one also. Thanks for stopping by!!

A "little" Chatterbox

How about a "little" Chatterbox/Fabulous !!! This is such a fun set. The journal box is made out of the packaging the chip board word stickers came in. Just a little "green" fun!! I re-cycle when it is so cute!!
The "3 little Pea Pickers" turned out so cute and the CB Fabulous paper was just that "Fabulous" with these pic's. I used the stitched felt embellishments along with the stickers and word chip board stickers for a great look. Ease on over to AC Bailey and take a look in the e-store. Lots of fun and fabulous stuff!! Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day.

Encyclopedia of Me / S and Z

Back on my "Encyclopedia of Me" album. The letters were "S" and "Z".
I chose scrapbook and sketching as my "s" words. I love to do both and hope to get better at both!!
My "Z" words were zinc lids and zig zag. I love the old zinc lids especially on an old canning jar. Love using these to hold buttons, marbles, old thread spools and small sea shells. The word zig zag is finding its shape on my scrapbooking pages. So fun!! Thanks for stopping in today!

I little bit of goodness goes along way when it comes to cool die cut shaped papers. Glad you stopped in and have a great 4th of July!!!!!
