School Magnets with Clear Scraps~

Hi, Connie here with some cute teacher's gifts or for all of that cute art work that will be sent home.  School themed magnets for the fridge:) really cute and really easy!

Products used~
Mini Deco Album Keychain
Road Trip Embellishments

1. You will need the square and the hex first, from the Road Trip Embellishments by Clear Scraps.  Place in the center of one (at a time) Deco shape and ink with StazOn/brown ~all around the edges of the Deco shape.
2. Take the square and hex and ink them up with StazOn /black.  Set aside to dry.
3. Use white acrylic paint with a small brush and add school themed art to the center of the black inked shapes~like a chalk board.  Paint each shape.
4. Let dry and adhere with a foam pop dot.  Add a small piece of black felt on the back (so when you add the magnet it doesn't show through).

5. Add twine and adhere the magnet to the back of the Deco shape.

Have a great day and thanks for stopping by~

I new this paper was perfect for my photos. See what you think~

All four of us in a photo booth in Destin, Florida and we were trying
to paint the town red :) and we did ~ sort of.
We had ice cream, a nature walk and lots of being silly.

My plans are to hang these side by side. Hubby and I found the photo booth first.
The next day I took the grands for our photo together.  Tickled Pink I was...............
Whoever said, the old paper isn't as good as the new papers~proof right here.
This paper was perfect for these photos!!!!

Flower card~ Creating Made Easy!

Hi, Connie here with another project from the September Creating Made Easy Kit by Clear Scraps.  Did you see the cute little mini Sunflower Key Chain album~perfect to take apart and make cards with.

All I did to add color to the acrylic sunflower, was to apply three different alcohol inks by Ranger.  Very easy.  The Kraft cardstock in the kit, looks great used this way.  Extras not in the kit, are the inks, twine and buttons. Sentiment is a rubber stamp.

A Family Pennant with Clear Scraps~

Hi, Connie here with a family banner idea using the chipboard Pennant Banner
set by Clear Scraps.  I love the big banner pieces, really makes a statement:)

Designer note: The Mirror Feather is stamped with StazOn ink using a Script stamp.
The "Journey" word is inked up with black StazOn ink on the backside of the word.

Meet my awesome family (my peeps)~

Clear Scraps products used:
Large Pennant Banner
Mirror Feathers Embellishment
Expression small Journey Word

StazOn ink
Darkroom Door (Script stamp)

Mason Jar gift card ~ with Creating Made Easy!

Hi Connie here,  back with another project from the September Creating Made Easy Kit by Clear Scraps!! Remember the one Mason Jar page that I didn't end using for the mini recipe holder album ~ here is what I created with the one page.

My idea was to use this,  along with a cook book or other kitchen item, for a gift.  Write out a couple of your family favorite recipes and add this to the gift.  You could even add a gift card in with the recipes:)

* Remove plastic sheet from both sides of the Mason Jar acrylic page.
* Trace the shape of the jar on one piece of pattern from the September Kit.  Cut it
out and ink around the edges with black ink.

* Next is the pocket. Use the corrugated cardboard, found in the kit, for this.

* Cut to 5.5" W x 4.5" L ~ Use a corner rounder on the bottom corners.
* Ink around the edges with black ink, for shading.
* Adhere pocket to front of Mason Jar page with Beacon 3-In-1.
* Cut out images from the papers in the kit and embellish the front of the pocket.

* Add burlap through the album holes in the handle. Cut 1" strip. It will come undone and look messy:)
* The only product I added to this, that are not in the kit, are the ink, twine, and one flower.
