National Scrapbook Day
National Scrapbook Day is May 1st!!! I will be teaching this easy, cheesy little bind-it-all book made out of cracker boxes, cereal boxes, pizza boxes or what ever box you have or we have!!! I will be at Craft Crossing in Gonzales.
This is a new craft store in our neck of the woods. The address is 614 St. Joseph Street. I hope to see some of you local gals come out and make a little book!!! The store has all kind of craft stuff and a wonderful scrapbooking section ( it takes up half the store!!!) Have a great weekend and be "crafty"!!!! and I'm still looking for blog followers-I will draw for the stamp sets at the end of next week.

more Dimensional Details
This is week 3, adding material to your layout!! A very fun thing to do. I sewed a border and then stapled it at the ends and on to the layout. I love the layering of the papers-I know you use lots of paper but your "showing off" lots of paper also.
On this one I inked behind where the photos would be placed. I love the shadow effect. I hope you get some inks out and play sometime very soon. Have a wonderful day!!!

Creative Imaginations/S.Walker line
This was a very fun line to work with and I thought the pic's I had worked so well. I love it when that happens, everything just comes together!!!!
Instead of colored cardstock I used Kraft cardstock. The patterned paper is faded and "vintage " looking-so a great combo!!!

Lovely ladies.....
Just posting some quick layouts I did of my mom and mother-in-law!!! I love how they came out. I used Jenni Bowlin paper products!!! Isn't it great what you can do with one die-cut paper. The cardstock is by Bazzill and all other products by Jenni Bowlin .
Become a follower of my blog and your name will go in for some great Autumn Leaves acrylic stamp sets. I have four sets to give away.
Have a great day and let me know you were here!!!!

Love Dimension!!
This is week 2 of Dimensional Details with Nic Howard!!! I'm having such fun inking everything up!!! I'm using products that I just had to have but never really new how to use them. I love how the inks, chalks, glimmer mist and perfect pearls adds so much to the layout. If you haven't tried using these products you need to !!!

All in the details....
New class!!! Yes another one. Dimensional Details by Nic Howard over at
Big Picture Scrapbooking - check it out!!! The top one is my first try at rolling the paper- I didn't get the paper wet enough and it turned into a fold instead of a "roll". The second one I really let the water sit on the paper a few minutes and it rolled much better. Very cool technique!!! Thanks for stopping in and go "roll" some paper!!!
