Transfer Foil Sheets "On The Outside" with Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L~

Hi guys!
Today I'm sharing an "adhesive on the outside" project
using Metallic Transfer Foil Sheets and Adhesive 
Sheets 4X6.  It is easy and fun!!

I have a tutorial over on the Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L Blog with
all the details.  All you need is two products and you can
cover a gift tin.  Any tin will work.  You put the adhesive on the "outside"
and then lay the foil over it. Rub and pull up.

Coffee Lovers with Scrapbook Adhesive by 3L~

Coffee Lovers Blog Hop / Spring and Summer 2020 ~ Card #1.

Hi guys!!
I'm featuring Coffee stamps by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps and hopping
 with the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop.  If you love Coffee, Tea and all the above

this is the place for you.

Blue Knight Rubber Stamps is the middle of a new release and one
of the stamps is called Beau.tea.ful.  Do you see the word tea in the middle?

To create the card the Beau.tea.ful stamp was stamped in the center of the 

card front and then masked off so the background could be added
using a stencil.  The image was colored in with Distress Oxide inks.  A
vintage milk cap was added with dimensional adhesive.

Coffee Lovers Blog hop with Quick Quotes!

Hi, Connie here with a card for the Coffee Lovers Blog hop with Quick Quotes.

I'm using the Windsong Collection with Mocha Mama, Java and Latte  PowderPuff Chalk inks by Quick Quotes. These beautiful inks, all named after coffee, are gorgeous rich colors and do remind me of coffee.

The Windsong Collection, by Quick Quotes, is very subtle but I loved how it matched the vintage coffee creamer lid I wanted to add to the card.  The blue and brown colors were a perfect match.  The stamping was done using the Mocha Mama and Java PowderPuff Chalk inks by Quick Quotes.

Try It Tuesday~early again! Milk Caps ~

Hi guys!!!

I have some really cool Milk Caps to share that I picked up junkin' this past month. 

I have never seen these types before ~

They will make great additions to any art project~

This was my favorite~ I walked away with one and went back for 3 more at $3. each. The lady told me she thinks they were WW11 era.  Very cool for a scrapbook page for a boy!!

Loved this one!!  Wish I had bought all they had but again $1.75 each.  I got 5 and have used one on my card for the Coffee Lovers Blog Hop coming soon.

These are really bright red and new to me.  I bought all 5 at $1. each

I made up a printable sheet of the milk caps and would like to share

 with who ever is interested.

Print out on 5"X 7" cardstock and punch or cut out.  It is not the real thing but will look so cool!!

I used the beautiful Sunburst Swirl background stamp by A Jillian Vance Design for the card background. I loved the swirls, just letting the smell of the coffee, take me away.  The background stamp is stamped on the card front and then I added layers with the coffee cup, sentiment and vintage milk cap. 

Here is a closeup of that gorgeous coffee cup (Cup of Love stamp) by A Jillian Vance Design.  The cup is stamped with Ranger ink/Potting Soil and trimmed out.  Buttons were added along with splats of black ink.

Junkin' in Goliad, Texas ~

Hi guys!

I have a few junkin items to share with you but one of them I'm really excited about.

  It is the star of the show~

This is a No.2 Kodak Trimming Board

manufactured by Eastman Kodak Company

Rochester. N.Y.

U.S.A.

It is approximately 7" X 7".  I believe it was to trim negatives with.  The

 gentleman I purchased it from had no idea what it was used for.  He did tell

me he bought in Colorado and wasn't sure he wanted to sale it.

   I then asked him for for a discount :)

He priced it at $30.00 and I paid $27.00.

A real find in my opinion.  If anyone has any information I would be interested :)

I have a"thing" for STARS. I have them all over the place.

 This one was $7.00.  And like I said I have a a "thing" for STARS~

so I bought these too~

These are from the same shop that the trimmer was purchased in.

I think these will adorable on packages or a small kitchen tree.  Haven't decided which way I want to go.  Even tied on the handle of a coffee cup, I could go on and on. So many ways to use them.

A good junkin' day~

Hi guys {happy valentine's day}!!

It's been awhile since I did a junkin' post, so I hope you enjoy this.

 

I was really excited to find these milk caps.  Borden's was the milk I grew up on as a kid.

  I paid $2.50 for ten. 

I think this will look awesome on the ladies restroom door at Craft Crossing.

I paid $2.  The letter's aren't raised or embossed, but it is still way cool!!!!

My mom gave these to me~size 3 child's. I decorate with them and remember

 when we had little feet like that around:):)

 

 This is a Bayer Aspirin bottle.  I thought it was a perfume bottle, got it home and it clearly says Bayer Company along the side.  I paid $1.  I have already found a purpose for it~

 

 Perfect!!!!!

Time for some Jenni {JBS}~scrapbooking!!!

Hi guys~ September is almost here.  I can't believe it, but I must say I'm looking forward to Fall and cooler weather.  I have two more layouts to share with you, from my August work with Jenni Bowlin Studio.

I love these two pictures. Bubba is sneaking up "Grandy's" shirt to play with his belly button :):)  He thinks I don't know what is going on. So cute!!!

All is JBS except the Friends Sizzix die, the polka dotted Kraft paper bag and the letter stickers.  The paper by JBS is WREN {still a favorite}!!

 

The pictures in this layout were taken one afternoon while feeding the "girls".   She just had that look in her eye ~ like don't mess with me, I'm in charge here.  So we didn't, but I did take her picture!!

All of the product is JBS except for milk caps and the ink mist. 

The pattern paper is JBS.
