Creative Scrapbooker Magazine ~ Fall 2025

Hi there!!
So excited to share with you an Art Journal Page
that was published in the Fall Issue of
Creative Scrapbooker Magazine.

This is a Canadian publication and it is beautiful.  Full
of amazing scrapbook pages, cards and art journal pages. I hope
you will check it out.  It makes me want to start scrapbooking again!

The background is blended with Distress Oxide inks along with vintage
text paper.  I used stamps and stencils to add interest.  The leaf branches and
sentiments are stamped and added to the page, using dimensional adhesive.
To complete the page it is speckled with white acrylic paint.

Products used - stamps: PaperArtsy, Creative Worship stamps.
adhesive: Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L. ink: Ranger/Distress Oxide inks
and Archival/Jet Black. stencils: PaperArtsy. embossing powder: WOW!
 other: vintage text paper.
Thanks for stopping by!!

RubberStampMadness Spring Issue 2025

 Hi there!
Today I'm sharing The Spring Issue of
RubberStampMadness.  Especially the "Mix Vigorously"
article by Sarah Hoban.  She nailed it! So good.

I got to provide artwork for the article and gush away about how
much I love to create mixed media art. I use Distress Oxide ink
and water it down and treat it like watercolors.  You can apply the
ink with a water brush or dip your heavy, mixed media
cardstock in the colorful mixture of inks.

I used stamps from Darkroom Door, Blue Knight Rubber Stamps,
Katzelkraft, Paper Artsy and Creative Worship Stamps.
Adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.
I hope you will check out RubberStampMadness Magazine
for inspiration!! It won't disappoint you.

Thanks for stopping by!

Creative Scrapbooker Magazine/Fall Issue 2023 ~

Hi everyone!
I love submitting cards or projects for publication
and I'm always pleased when I get a "bite".

Creative Scrapbooker Magazine, out of Canada, is a great source
for crafty inspiration.  The magazine is full of scrapbooking
techniques and card making ideas.  One of those magazines that
is hard to put down.

The call was for "coffee related" ~ cards or scrapbook pages.

This card is using stamps by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.

It is a mixed media type card using distress oxide inks for the
background.  The focal is created with red rubber stamps
and dies.  So fun working with the dies!

RubberStampMadness ~ Summer Issue

Hi guys!
I have some good news to share.
Two cards were selected for the Summer issue of
RubberStampMadness.  If you have never seen the magazine
it is really neat.  Stories are written about the projects/cards.
It is a different format than most magazine that
publish created cards/scrapbook pages etc.

Card #1

The call was for using a "map" on your project.  I stamped my image on a
vintage map from my stash.  I'm creating with Campsite by
Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.  Perfect for this call~

Card #2

This was published as a teaser card for the next issue.  It showcases my
hand carved pumpkin stamps.  I'm creating with Blue Knight Rubber Stamps,
Darkroom Door, Tim Holtz idea-ology paper dolls and stickers.

Hey, thanks for stopping by and more news soon on something
really cool!!!
