I had some fun creating three mixed media style tags CELBRATING life.
I'm using We're All Mad there by Katzel Kraft and Paper Artsy
(Seth Apter) ESA44.  The animal images are colored with watercolor
paints
by Studio Light.

All of the products are listed below and linked if
possible.

The three tags were created in the same way using the same products, just
changed up the animal and tag color.  The tag background colors are Distress
Oxide inks (watered down).  I added stamps and stencil images to give a
worn look.  The animal images are adhered with dimensional adhesive.
The sentiments are by Creative Expressions called
Inspirational Wordies Sentiment sheet.  Product List: Katzel Kraft:
We're All Mad Here and Los Nombres. Tracy Evans: BG Elements (TELL).
Paper Artsy: Seth Apter, ESA44 and Kate Crane: Stencil PS429.

Pulling out my much loved Darkroom Door Stamps to
create a card set Celebrating Life.  I'm also using
embossing products by WOW!, the Embossing Pad
and the Opaque Bright White Powder on the sentiment
strips.   Topflight has a GREAT selection of Darkroom Door
Stamps. My cards include: Grunge Marks, Numbers BG,
Sentiment Strip/Celebrate, Layered Handwriting BG,
Warm Wishes, Small Stamp/Take Flight and Stencil/Friendship.

Did we mention there will be prizes?

Backyard Blooms Cards with Buttons Galore & More~

Hi there!!
Sharing my last project using the Backyard Blooms
Novelty buttons by Buttons Galore & More. I did a
couple of mixed media cards and added buttons
and Jelly Beans as embellishments. Really love the
look and added dimension it gives the card front.

These were super fun to create and the background mix worked perfect
for the button mix that I wanted to add.

The center of the flowers have the Jelly Bean half pearlz. They are easy
to set also. I used Dual Tip Glue Pen by HomeHobby by 3L.
All other adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

I hope you come away with a love for buttons.  They look
good on everything.

Handyman Tag with Buttons Galore & More~

Hi guys!!
I have another project to share using the
Handyman Novelty Buttons by Buttons Galore & More.

This is a mixed media tag using rubber stamps, stencils and the
Handyman Buttons for the perfect 3D visual.  The buttons
have a shank so they work better if you remove the shank
and they will be easier to adhere to a paper project.  I'm using
Adhesive Dots by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L. They are strong
and keep the button in place.

The buttons  add such a "special" touch to the tag!!  I love
the look!
Thanks for stopping by!
Stay tuned for more projects using Buttons Galore & More
beautiful buttons!!

Crayon Canvas Bag with Buttons Galore & More ~

Hi there!
I had the opportunity to create with buttons from
Buttons Galore & More and had such a fun time!

My first project is a canvas zippered bag created for
those broken or used crayons.

I used the School Value Pack for my embellishments.  The pack has plain
buttons, themed buttons (with shanks) and themed buttons (with
no shanks).

It also used stencils to help create a graffiti type background for the bag.
The buttons are sewn on by hand using coordinating threads.

other products:
stencils: Darkroom Door (brick wall, friends), acrylic paint, embroidery
thread, ribbon, pear pin, ink: Archival / Jet Black (for words).

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you come back.
I will be showing projects created with Buttons Galore &
More through February.

to the card front along with the sentiment.  Dimensional adhesive

I used a stencil / brick wall to create the backdrop
for the Santa image.  I used panpastels and colored

Silhouette Hummingbirds with Flowers by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps ~ NEW!!!

 Hi all!
Today I'm sharing two cards using the NEW Silhouette
Hummingbirds with Flowers

a  pattern wheel (I think that is what it is called).  Leaves are
stamped out from the Sloth stamp set and colored with Distress
Oxide iks.

I used Archival ink and Distress Oxide inks for the color. The sentiment
is from the NEW One Line Sentiment/Did you know.
On the second card a stencil is used, for the background, and then
the Silhouette Hummingbirds with Flowers is stamped over
the background with Archival ink. Embellishments are added
to the card front.

The sentiment is from the One Line Sentiments/friends rock.

treated like watercolors. Sets used are: Sm. Sketched Aplabet, Global
Postmarks,
Ranson Alphabet, Vintage Planes, Daisy Delight, French
Script/texture, Envelope Note, Be Bold and Celebrate Sentiment Strip.
So cool Topflight Stamps have been in business 6 YEARS!!

I started this page with no idea except I wanted to use the NEW (to me)
set by Sara Naumann ESN66.  I added color to the page with
Distress Oxides and ephemera. Just kept adding layers with stamps and
stencils.
