RubberStampMadness Magazine ~Spring 2026

Hi there!
Today I'm sharing a mixed media card that was 
published in RubberStampMadness Spring 2026
Issue.  It is available now HERE!!!! I'm using
products by Creative Worship Stamps (except
for the sentiment sticker). 

I submitted a mixed media card set and they published
one of the cards.  I'm gonna show you both but first
the published card.

To create the background, for the card, I started with a mix of
Distressed Oxide inks.  Salty Ocean and Mowed Grass is where I started.
I then stamped the background using Psalms 23 in Salty Ocean.  I
then added in the stencil Mixed Up using Mowed Grass.  I 
then added in the focal stamps called Nature Silhouettes.  I
also added were Vintage Elements and Texture Tiles #1. The
sentiment is from Tim Holtz's Small Talk sticker set. 

The last thing I like to do is speckle the card front with white
or black acrylic paint. Love the look it gives the card.

The pink card is done the same way, just used different Distress
Oxide Inks.  The inks used are Worn Lipstick, Salty Ocean and
Prize Ribbon.  Stamps are the same.  All adhesive is by
Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

RubberStampMadness Magazine Holiday Issue 2024~

Hi there!! 
Today I'm sharing a card that was 
published in the Holiday Issue 2024 of
RubberStampMadness.


The call was for a beach themed card so I created
with some stamps by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.  They produce 
many scenery type stamps. 

Products used:
Blue Knight Rubber Stamps: Path to the Barn, Birds ll, Choose Wisely,
Daring Adventure Stamps & Dies and One Line Sentiments/lucky you.
Other: embossing powder, Panpastels and adhesives by
Scrapbook Adhesive by 3L.

RubberStampMadness Magazine Summer Issue 2024

Hi there!!
Have you seen the Summer Issue of RubberStampMadness
 yet?  It is full of inspiration!!!!  It will make you want
to create a card or project. So good!! 

One of my favorite cards was selected for the Summer Issue.
This card is a patriotic card thanking and bringing
attention to our service men.  All the stamps are by 
Blue Knight Stamps and made in the USA (as is the magazine)

This card is colored in with Panpastels and Distress Oxide inks.
The stamps used  are Through the Woods, Iwo Jima, Daring 
Adventure stamp & dies, Let's ride, and One Line Sentiments/
thank you.  The flag is painted with acrylic paint and cut out
from stamped print.

This one wasn't published but they were created to be a set.
Don't you love the dog in the bed of the truck :):)

Creative Scrapbooker Magazine Spring Issue 2024 ~

Hi there!!
I wanted to share the Creative Scrapbooker Magazine 
Spring Issue 2024 with you . I was excited to get two
pieces published.  A Mother's Day card and tag.

This magazine is full of scrapbook pages and tags.  Lots of
inspiration!!!

The last work I did for Darkroom Door.  As always using my favorite
adhesives by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

I did a set of these mixed media tags for Darkroom Door using
adhesives by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

Never gets old !!!

RubberStampMadness Spring Issue 2024 !

Hi there!
I just wanted to give a shout out to 
RubberStampMadness magazine for the great
Spring 2024 issue. 

I was fortunate to have one card included in the African
Safari section.  I used Grace & Peace by Blue Knight
Rubber Stamps. 

I have used panpastels, for the color/sky, and Archival ink
for the stamping of the silhouette image.  The word "awesome"
is a cutting die by Paper Rose. 
My card was also showcased on the 2024 Submission
Poster that can be downloaded and printed out.

This is a great tool, to help remind us of the themes and deadlines!!

RubberStampMadness ~ Holiday Issue 2023

 Hi!!
Wanted to share the latest issue of 
RubberStampMadness Magazine Holiday 2023
issue. Good stuff!!!.

I have an article about Wax seals using products by 
Blue Knight Rubber Stamps, Darkroom Door, 
Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L and Wax Seals.

This is a collage card with lots of layers and the star of
the show is the Was Seal. Stamps are by Blue Knight Stamps.
Stamps used are Buck, Doe & Fawn die,  Tell Me the Story of Jesus
 background stamp and One Line Sentiments/blessings.

The second card is using stamps by Darkroom Door called Feathers, 
Torn Text background stamp and Make Art Sentiment Strip and the 
star of the show the Wax seal.  Both cards are using 
adhesives by Scrapbook Adhesive by 3L.  The Crafty Foam Tape, 
3D Foam Squares to name a few.

Creative Scrapbooker Magazine ~ Fall 2021

Hi guys!
Have you picked up the current issue of Creative Scrapbooker yet?
Well I'm here to tell you it is a GREAT fall issue.
Lots of scrapbook pages and lots of cards~ and that is where
I come in at, the cards part.

I had two cards published using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L and Joy Clair Stamps.
Heck, you might even remember them. Turkeys!!! 
Not sure if these stamps are still available, you would have to check it
out!! But I sure love those Turkeys!

Rubber Stamp Madness ~ Holiday Issue

I want to share with you a card that was published
in the Rubber Stamp Madness Holiday Issue.
It never gets old!!!

The call was for cards created using a map or in some way. I

stamped the scene on a vintage map.

I used several stamps sets. I will name them in the supply list. The 
original card is more orange than yellow.

Creative Scrapbooker Magazine~

Hi guys!

Try It Tuesday~Camera cards with Darkroom Door!

Hi guys!

I wanted to share a couple of cards that I created using the

Eclectic Camera stamp by Darkroom Door.  This set was also published

in the Take Ten / Summer issue 2018, that recently hit the stores.

Pretty simple card ~

Stamp the background on white cardstock and add border stamp.  Stamp

 sentiment at bottom and top of card depending on which card you are working on.

Stamp the camera out on white cardstock using black or red ink

 and then trim out and adhere to card front.  Add buttons and labels to complete the card.

Supplies used:

Darkroom Door: Eclectic/Camera, Background/Torn Text, Stitched Borders, 

Whimsical Words and Photography.

Ink: Ranger /Archival: Jet Black and Red Geranium.
