Don't Give Up Card with Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps~

Hi all! Today is my last project for Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps. 
I sure have had a great time.  Great stamps and great people!
I'm sharing a mixed media type card using several
Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps.

I created a 4"x4" background using SNS-13-054 Typewriter Text 
Background along with Distress Oxide ink and then
cut it down the middle, giving me two sections, and then cut
again, giving me four 2"x2" pieces. 

The squares are adhered with dimentional adhesive and then
using SNS-21-003 Going Postal and SNS-12-Nature Silhouettes 
to decorate the squares.  The greeting is added from
SNS-14-004 God is Bigger set.

Again I want Thank Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps for having me 
guest design for August.  I had a blast and LOVE your stamps.

Creative Scrapbooker Magazine/Fall Issue 2023 ~

Hi everyone!
I love submitting cards or projects for publication
and I'm always pleased when I get a "bite".

Creative Scrapbooker Magazine, out of Canada, is a great source
for crafty inspiration.  The magazine is full of scrapbooking
techniques and card making ideas.  One of those magazines that 
is hard to put down.

The call was for "coffee related" ~ cards or scrapbook pages.  

This card is using stamps by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.

It is a mixed media type card using distress oxide inks for the
 background.  The focal is created with red rubber stamps
and dies.  So fun working with the dies!

Dream Big Card with Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps~

Hi all!
Today I'm sharing another"guy card" with
deer.  Just love it!! I'm using SNS-18-057 Thrill of Hope
by Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps. 

I used panpstels to create the nature scene and then plugged
in the trees and deer.  The tree, on the left of the card
is created using SNS-18-030 Texture Tiles 2. So easy to
line up with a stamping platform.  

The ground is also created using SNS-18-030 Texture Tiles 2.
The greeting is SNS-14-004 God is Bigger.  The plane is
SNS-21-003 Going Postal.  I used Distress Oxide inks and
Archival for the stamping.

All adhesive used is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3l.

Six Hot Air Balloons by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps ~ NEW!!

Hi all! 
Today I'm sharing two cards created using the NEW
Six Hot Air Ballons stamp by Blue Knight
 Rubber Stamps.

The top card is colored using Panpastels and colored
pencils by CARAND'ACHE (not on web site. sold at shows only)
Very easy and fast card. Other stamps used are Forest and Mountains,
Birds ll and One Line Sentiments/Did you know...
The bottom card is a mix of Distress Oxide inks to create a
fun mixed media background.  The Hot Air Balloons are stamped
over the background.  The focal Hot Air Balloon is colored with
the CARAND'ACHE pencils. The sentiment is from the 
One Line Sentiments/Did you know...
All adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

A mixed media play!!!
Using Dictionary Page Background stamp in random spots, to
create a distressed look.  The stars are from the
God Bless America set.  A fun one!!!

Believe in Yourself Card with Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps~

Hi all!
Today I'm sharing a card created using SNS-18-057
Thrill of Hope set by Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps.  I live
 on a ranch and we have deer all around us
so this stamp set really spoke to me.  One image is all 
you need along with the perfect words!

The card background is created with SNS-13-054 Typewriter Text
Background stamp, SNS-18-030 Texture Tiles 2 and craft stencil: 
Mixed Up.  I used Archival/black for the Typewriter Text and
 Distress Oxide ink for the texture stamp.

I used Archival/black for the craft stencil: Mixed Up.  The words
are embossed on black cardstock using SNS-14-004 God is
Bigger Stamp set.  I added dimensional adhesive to the backs of

 the embossed word strips.  Love the look!!! This card is about 5"x5".
All adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesive by 3L.

Small Journals with Doodlebug and Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L~

Hi all!
Today I'm sharing some small "doggy journals" over
on the Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L Blog.  I'm using the
 doggone cute collection by Doodlebug Designs. 

I used my Zutter paper cutter to create my own small journals
but you could also use a small spiral notebook.

Paid In Full Art Journal Page with Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps~

Hi all!
Today I'm sharing a FUN Art Journal page using six
 different stamps and stencils by Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps.
To start it's all about layering to build a great page.
Sweet 'n Sassy has great stamps for this!!

I start with the ink.  I love Distress Oxide so that is what I use. I
love how I can distress the background by adding drops of water
and then wiping it off.  Love the look!!

I stamped the four focal images using the SNS-18-030 Texture
Tiles 2 and SNS-12-0368 Nature Silhouettes. I trimmed the 
images down to about a 2 1/2"x3" size.  That workd great for the
 area that I want to cover.

Before I adhered the four silhouette flower squares I added more 
stamps and stencils to the background.  I used SNS-21-003
Going Postal, SNS-14-004 God is Bigger and the two 
craft stencils called Grunge Dots and Mixed Up. 

I just keep adding stamps and ink until I get the look that I want.
 The last thing I did was speckle acrylic paint over the pages.
Super fun!  All the adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.
