Stamp Carving~first three lessons!

Hi guys~
I have been having fun with my Stamp Carving Class with Julie Balzer.
I'm on lesson 5 and have kinda gone out on my own:):).  It is so easy to do that, because all I want to do is carve~
So here is some of my stamps, from the begining~
Very first stamp~the heart and then I wanted to try a flower~
 Stamped in my Vintage Dictionary~
and the flower.  The ink bleeds on the thin dictionary pages, but
 I continued to stamp:)
I call these lines but they are actually stamps that can be stamped together (making a design).
A chevron pattern.  My first large stamp.

These are my stamps through lesson 3.
I used Ranger ink/Wendy Vecchi when I stamped on the dictionary pages.
Stay tuned for lesson 4 & 5.  Yes, I left the lessons and went out on my own.
But......................................................
I'm going back:):)
and I found this junkin'
A stamp carving tool~$6.
***love the wooden handle***

  6. Great job on the carving. I took her class too. It's kind of therapeutic. I was going to skip making a stamp from a photo, but then decided to do one of me. I love it!
