A re-purpose with Clear Scraps!

Hi, Connie here to share with you an original design project using acrylic sheets and stencils by Clear Scraps.  This is a cute way to display and organize Christmas or Holiday cards.  In my case I'm using this to display vintage Christmas cards. Take a look~

Ch1

I used one acrylic sheet for the top part and stenciled it with the 12 x 12 Nordic Snowflake stencil (white acrylic paint) by Clear Scraps.  The pocket is a sheet of 12 x 12 pattern paper cut in half. Adhere one to each side.

Ch2

I will be teaching this class at Craft Crossing TODAY!!!!!

Ch3

The hanger is a junkin' find from Florida.  The wood part is painted and stenciled with the 12 Nordic Snowflake stencil by Clear Scraps.  I know you will never look at a cloths hanger the same way again :)

Products used:
12 x 12 clear acrylic sheet by Clear Scraps
12 Nordic Snowflake stencil by Clear Scraps
Other:
twine, pattern paper, embellishments, white acrylic paint, buttons.

Try It Tuesday ~ old ladder re-purpose!

Hi guys!!
Thanks for stopping by for Try It Tuesday!
Got a cute one for you.  All you need is an old ladder and a good carpenter.
Take a look~

My mother-in-law came up with this for a display at church and her son
( my hubby) made it for her.  He had the old ladder and added the shelves.  After she uses it at church she is going to use it for blankets in one of her bedrooms.  I love how it all came together!!!

Very cool if you ask me!!

See ya soon~
