Cards and a book to hold them~

This is a project I did in Florida {Collins Group Convention}:) I just got it finished in time to give it to my mom!!!  The class was taught by Joey Otlo with Bazzill Basics.  It is a  card holder book, has pockets in it to hold cards for each month.

These are the cards that I made to put in the pockets, in the book.  The first one is a pop up card using the pop up die by Sizzix and the designer Karen Burniston.

This is how the inside looks with the pockets pages and the print out so you can add your occasion dates that you want to send cards on {or to}. These are Christmas cards but the idea can be tweaked with All Occasion or Birthday cards.

Merry Christmas with Vintage Street Market~

Hi everyone~this is my work for Vintage Street Market this month!! I used one of the vintage fusion kits {which I love}~mixing old with new. Fabulous idea!!!

The papers are by Jenni Bowlin and Making Memories.  Great pairing of these two papers.

these are gift tags made from My Mind Eye paper. I added some brads and put them on a binder ring.  Some Twirly Twine made them ready to use as a gift!!!

This post will run on Dec. 25th on Vintage Street Market. I don't have the direct link { pre-setting blog} but you will see it.  All the details will be there in the post.  Have a wonderful day~yes, It's Christmas Day!!!!

The Play Date Cafe #162 ~JBS sponsor!!!

Hi everyone~this is the new color palette for this weeks challenge at The Play Date Cafe. I love these four colors together ~ gold, teal, mint and lavender :):). So, so pretty together!!!  I wasn't sure about throwing the lavender in the mix but it totally worked~
Here's what I came up with~

I used October Afternoon, Little Yellow Bicycle and Jenni Bowlin Studio {boy silhoutte stamp} to create my layout!!
We would love to have you play along either with a card or layout, the main thing is to use the color palette for the challenge week. You can post your entry on the PDCC blog.
Our sponsor for this challenge is~
