Gods Got This card with Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps~

Hi all!
I'm super excited to share with projects using
Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps for the month of August.
So thrilled to Guest Design for them!!

I created a background for this 4"x4" card using Distress Oxide ink along
with the SNS-13-054 Typewriter Text Background stamp by
Sweet 'n Sassy.

The SNS-12-0368 Nature Silhouttes are the focal of the card.  I
heat embossed the flowers along with butterfly.  The greeting
is from the SNS-14-004 God is Bigger.  The sentiment set
is a must have.  The sentiments are so unique and really
spoke to me.

I added some vintage buttons along with vintage trim to cluster
at the base of the flowers.  Love the look!
All adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

Sew Blessed Card with A Jillian Vance Design~

Hi guys!
Creating for A Jillian Vance Design and using
the NEW Ornamental Octagon Stencil along with
the Feathered Friends Die to make an easy and fun
mixed media style card.

The background is created on a folded flat white cardstock base using
the Ornamental Octogon Stencil and blue tones of  Distress Oxide inks.
The birds are cut using the Feathered Friends Die along with
the word SEW from black carstock.  The flower is cut using the die
from the Classic Candle Die set, a Christmas set.  Works great for this
card.
The birds are popped up using dimensional adhesive.  The sentiment
is from the Sew Blessed Stamp set.  The flower is added along with
a heart button from the Antique Sewing Machine Die, for
the center of the flower.
All adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

Birds with Darkroom Door~ cards!!!

Hi guys!!
Getting over being sick (relapsed), still have a cough but think
I'm on the mend.  It is has only taken 3 1/2 weeks, so it is time:)
I have some cards to share I did for publication and the magazine
closed its door so they were sent back to me.
They were created using Darkroom Door stamps.
I'll post a list, of stamps used, at the end of each card.

Simple card using a background stamp and a die cut.  The leaves and bird are
stamped and then cut out. All of those stamps are by Darkroom Door.  Love the #hashtag stamps by Stampers Anonymous.  Darkroom Door: Wood Grain Background, Carved Leaves Vol.2 and Robin

Using a background stamp with added leaves stamped in green and brown.  The bird is
stamped on Kraft cardstock . Sentiment is added and then speckled with ink.
Buttons are added for texture. Darkroom Door: Leaves Background, Carved Leaves Vol.1,

Stamped on white cardstock with the different leaves.  Then stamped some leaves
out on white cardstock and cut them out.  Love the dimension it gave the card.
Distress inks are used on the bird and then cut out. Darkroom Door: Garden Birds, Carved Leaves Vol. 1 and Simple Sayings Vol. 2

Eclectic Suitcase stamp by Darkroom Door~

Hi, Connie here with a card using the new Eclectic/ Suitcase stamp by Darkroom Door, like a background stamp.  Single image stamps make for a fun card background and so easy!!!

Stamp the image several times on white cardstock.  You can position the stamp or stamp in random places.  I positioned the suitcase to make rows of suitcases.  The created background was then adhered to a cream colored card base.
One image was stamped out and then trimmed.  The carved leaves were stamped to look like they were behind the luggage.  The Texture/Script stamp was added
for a vintage feel.

The suitcase was adhered with foam squares and then embellished with Word Bands by Tim Holtz / Idea-ology.

Supply List:
Darkroom Door: Eclectic/Suitcase, Texture/script, Carved Leaves Vol.1, Mail Art.
Inks: Archival: Potting Soil, Jet Black, Fern Green
Other:
Tim Holtz/idea-ology: Word Bands

Quote Stamp~ Creativity

Hi, Connie here with a creative tag.  I'm using one of the new Quote stamps/ Creativity.  I got way out of my comfort zone on this one, but it was worth it.   I used inks and mists by Ranger.  The Butterfly is one of the new Eclectic stamps.  I also used the Polka Dots /Background stamp also.

Not sure what to say about the old paint brush, just thought it belonged.  It is such a part of creating.
Be sure and check out all the new stamps in the store~good stuff in there!!
