Topflight Summertime Blog Hop~

Come celebrate Summertime with Topflight Stamps! I’ve teamed up with some great designers to showcase summer cards using the unique products available at Topflight Stamps. Please hop along with us for a chance to win!

You should have arrived here from Autumn's blog. If not, no worries, catch the details below.

These cards are created in the same way. I created a mixed media background using
Distress Oxide inks. I used blue and green tones of inks. The images were stamped
on the background and then with a water brush, removed the color on the fish
and sea shells. I then went back in and added
a little color to the shells.

I used two different stencils that have small circles
on them.  I'll list them below. Dimensional adhesive
is used to secure the card to the card base.
Products used: ESC10 (stamp set), Hunkydory/Pearls,
                                            Pronty/stickers, Hobby Art/stencil Funky Foliage.

Products used: ESC10 (stamp set), Hunkydory/Pearls
Darkroom Door/Sea Shells (stamp set), Pronty/stickers,
                                                              Paperartsy/PS145 stencil.

  6. Beautiful underwater scenes! Removing and replacing color seems to give the illusion of dimension to the shells on the first card and seaweed on the second. Interesting technique.
