Mixed Media style Flag Tag with Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L

 Hi guys!
It is my turn on the Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L Blog today.  I'll be 
sharing a Patriotic Flag Tag using the new E-Z Runner Stars
Refillable Dispenser.  I hear they have hearts too!!! Very cool and
clever product.

I'll also be creating with some of my favorite stamps along with more cool
