Hi, Connie here with the
October Challenge #80 for Quick Quotes. I love adding memorabilia to my scrapbook pages. Adding pockets to the front of the page is one idea but I used a map for the background, on the page, I'm sharing with you. Take a look~
My photo strip, created on the
iP8720 Canon printer, is adhered to the map with dimensional adhesive. I used
Anchor's Aweigh by Quick Quotes as my pattern paper. So perfect for this project.
The pattern paper and die cuts, used for this page, were shaded with
PowderPuff Chalk Ink by
Quick Quotes. Not only are the inks good for shading they are great for stamping images, as in sea shells!!
The shells were stamped and then shaded with the same ink they were stamped with. Next, cut them out and line them up, for a sea shell border, under the map. Such a fun project!!
