Try It Tuesday~ four junkin' finds equal this!!

Hi guys!
Thanks for stopping in for Try It Tuesday~
My mom came up and we have been jumkin'.
I found these cuties plus a couple more.
#1  6" saucer ~ $2
#2  deer S & P shakers ~ $13
(they are from Japan, most say China so these are from the  40's or 50's)

Then I found these~
#3 the foot to a dresser or furniture piece ~ $3
#4 glass dome ~ $2
Hubby cut the dowel stick off of the dresser foot, to make it flat and this is
what I created with these four items~
***Cloche***

The mat (on the plate) is by Maya Road.
So lets see what you can make with four junkin' finds~
I would love to know if you were inspired to create :)

Try It Tuesday~ Seashells with a vintage twist!

Hi guys!
You remember those "gone junkin' Friday" finds from last Friday~
here is a few ideas I can up with.
I have had Seashells on the brain lately, so that is where I started.
I took the glass dome and added a vintage drawer knob to the top to make a Cloche.
I used 527 multi-use glue by Beacon to adhere the knob.  Added a word to the shell.
**Inspiration**

I took the chick feeder and added extra shells to it.  You might recognize
the small jar on top.  Here is a better look~

Same idea as a snow jar ~ but I used shells and a special word.
**discover**

A look at all the fantastic colors in the Seashells!

I also bought this stamp set of Seashells by Darkroom Door ~
I'm thinkin' it's time to use it!!

gone junkin' friday~whoop!!!!

Hi guys~
I have some really cool stuff to show you. No link up this month, I'm not sure I have the interest for that.  If you are interested in linking up , please voice that to me.:):)
So let's get to~

First I have something really cool { well to me it is :):)}~

My granddaughter dug the bottle up, on the ranch,.  It was facing label down ( in dirt) so hard to tell what kind it was until today~
Found the one on the L at the antique/junk store today $7.
The one on the R is the one from our ranch.

Look at the "B" font ~same . This is a Buck Brand Beverage bottle by Coca Cola.  I'm going to do more research and try to date it.

Thought this was cool, from Eastman Kodak lab. I paid $7.

These are little note pads in a leather case, $1 each. They were promo give~a ~ways from the
Tandy Brands Outdoors. These are about 2"x 1" with a little note pad inside.

A cloche ($8) with a birds nest ($5)***love this***

I'm going to use this as a frame ($3) I'll post soon about this.

This a large spool and I loved the star ~ .80 cents.

This is a baby doll's bottle~Evenflo ( $3) You can tell it has been in the ground and I don't think the lid belongs either:):), but it is super adorable.

I thought this was super cool. I haven't had a chance to give it a good cleaning.  I paid $5 for this.  The guy had 3 and I felt like this one was the best:):)

Try It Tuesday~chicken wire and a china cup!

See that crazed cup?  That is the reason it caught my eye~love that crazed look.  Pull up a chair, it is time for
The next thing I got was this chicken wire cloche! Hand made no less.

and last ~ remember these from a recent blog post { the last gone junkin' friday post}  I used some of the blue green flowers.

And this is what I came up with~

I used green acrylic paint by Claudine Hellmuth, the bird is by Darkroom Door and the tag is by Jenni Bowlin Studio.

Vintage trim and buttons

And my sweet little birds nest from Indiana.
Love how  it came together~now it is your turn, gather some things  {that you love}and  make something pretty:):

JBS and junkin~chickens and wire!

Happy weekend!!!   I wanted to show you another project I did for JBS this month.  It is showcasing the new flat backs, mini deck and the "film negative" acrylic stamp!  The paper is WREN (my fave at the moment).

The" hand" ephemera was in the Mercantile for sale, so I snagged a couple of them to use on my pages..  I love the look !!
***********************************************
I also have a junkin find ~next week I'll show you what I'm going to do with it.  It has chicken wire too~ thought it went good with my page I'm showing:):)
Chickens ......Chicken wire :):)
Super cute cloche made out of chicken wire~clever!!!!!!

The knob is getting re-painted.  It is distressed with stain.  It is just tooooooo dirty for me.  Anyway stay tuned.  I'll have it up for Try It Tuesday.

Try It Tuesday~remember these........

Remember these~to me they represent a "grand" child:):)  I wanted to use them in a Christmas way~so this is what I came up with.

I used Jenni Bowlin to make the tags for my cloche.  I love this glass dome.  All of my favorite things end up under this dome:):)  The key is because they hold the key to my heart and they know it:):):) Sweet little peeps!!!!

and the shoes inside~

They are numbered and in order~have a great Tuesday and I'll see ya soon.  I have so much more to show you:):)
