Hi guys!
I'm creating with Joyful Christmas by Darkroom Door
and I love it!! Such a jolly fun set!

I started with stencils to create the background for the
cards. Distress Oxide and Archival ink is what was used
for color.

The Santa is stamped with Archival/Jet Black and then trimmed
out and adhered to card front. The numbers are stamped using
Distress Oxide. The card is sprinkled with water to give
the background a distressed look.

The Christmas Tree is stenciled on with the Christmas
Tree set/sm. stencil. I used Distress Oxide for the tree
and then sprinkled with water for the distressed look.

Beautiful! Loving the Santa and the tree!
ReplyDeleteLove this. I feel like this set design is from the early 60’s. Love it. How did you do the multiple colors with the red and green background?
