Eclectic Typewriter with Darkroom Door~

Hi, Connie here with cards made using the new Eclectic Typewriter stamp by Darkroom Door.  This is a fun stamp for card making but I can also see it used for scrapbook pages.

The background was created using the large Polka Dots stencil by Darkroom Door.  The stencil was placed on top of the card base and ink was applied with sponges. The background came to life very quickly.
The little bird was stamped out on white cardstock, shaded with the same inks that were used for the background and then trimmed out.  The typewriter was stamped on white cardstock and shaded with one color and then trimmed out.

A cluster was created, in the center of the card, by stamping the Texture/Weathered Stripes stamp as a focal point for the typewriter image to be adhered.  The little bird was adhered, along with the sentiment, on the typewriter.
Speckle the card with ink or paint.

Supply List:
Darkroom Door: Eclectic/Typewriter, Happy Birthday
Texture/Weathered Stripes, Love Birds, Garden Birds.
Darkroom Door: Large. Stencil/Polka Dots
Ink: Archival/Jet Black, Distress ink: Faded Jeans and Bundled Sage

The next card shares the same beautiful greens and blue colors!

The background of this card was created using the Large. Stencil/Mesh by Darkroom Door.  Two different Archival inks were used, Watering Can and Aquamarine.  The typewriter was stamped on white cardstock and shaded in with
same Aquamarine ink.   The sassy lady was stamped on white cardstock and colored in using Faber  Castell pencils.  She was shaded and trimmed out.  The Polaroid frame stamp was stamped on white cardstock, stamped and trimmed out.

Behind the Polaroid image the Texture/ script stamp was used for the text.  The sentiment was added to the top of the typewriter.  Speckle card front with ink or paint.

Darkroom Door: Eclectic/Typewriter, Texture/Script, Frame/Polaroid, Just My Style  and All Occasions.
