Remember these~

Do you remember these people?  They are friends of mine:):):) Good peeps, too!!!

I love old photographs like these.  They probably came from a Photography Studio of that time.  I have about ten of them and wanted to make something from them~something that would be useful and I could still enjoy seeing them!

I decorated the front  with some Jenni goodies, added a chain so they can be hung and put  a small post-it-note on the back.  I'm putting one in my car~I'm always looking for a piece of paper and one in the living room by the phone.  Places I never have anything to write on:):) Helmar did the gluing~

These will look great hanging off a light pull or knob!!!   I paid $2 for each picture ~wish I had gotten more!!!

Vintage Street Market's recipe cards ~summer kid craft ideas!!!

I'm always on the look out for sweet little projects that can be used as small gifts or I can make with the "grands".  I came up with this using the Vintage Street Market Craft bingo cards.

You get 14 different bingo cards of different colors and sizes.  Great for Summer kids crafts!!  What is so cool, Michelle {VSMT} made a recipe card out of this craft so you can go here and print you a copy.

Great project!!

Try It Tuesday with Skipping Stone Designs and ***winners****

Hi everyone ~ I'm up with my first card for Skipping Stones Designs.  I used the set Everyday Blessings for this card, what a great set ~ beautiful images that stamp perfect {love that}!!!   Authentique is the  paper choice!  I don't consider myself a card maker, but might become one:):):)  Had a blast using these stamps!!!

This is the sketch I used, SSD131 by Cyndi Bundy.  When you have a great sketch your going to get a great card, right?

Skipping Stones Designs~

Hi everyone~ I had a great weekend and it is good to be back home for awhile.  This month I will be a Guest Designer for Skipping Stones Designs.  They make fabulous crystalline stamps.  I made this water bottle hang card using the Grapeful Set and some paper by Nikki Sivils. They are also host to a Blog Hop, once a month sometimes twice a month, and they have challenges ( a chance to win some stamps):):):).  I'm looking forward to making  more cards and using these gorgeous stamps!!!

Take a look {at the RAK}~

I thought I would take a minute to show you the RAK goodies.  I'm not getting very much interest so I want you to see how cool this stuff is.  Bingo cards (5 of them), the ruler, spools, button card, milk caps, JBS products, old game cards { super cute images}just to name a few.

Junkin' again~RAK

Hi everyone~this is the last of my Indiana junkin' finds!!!  You'll see that I have already started to use them in many different ways.  I have more than several of these and love them all, to stack and use in my photographing of my work.

These are odd shaped spools and caught my eye for that reason!

This a wax container for honey (about 2 oz.) really adorable!!

Old yarn cards~not sure what I will do with these but thought they were very cool~and that is enough for me:):)

Printer's Blocks~the only two I found, no five but a four and nine, oh well:)

Crafty Goodies with a vintage flair~

This is the blog post I did for The Country Chic Cottage if you didn't see it on May 25th.

Hi Everyone~ I'm so excited to be on The Country Chic Cottage to share what I love. You can ALWAYS find me in one of two places, either in my craft room creating or junkin'!! I am a crafty girl who loves to create with a vintage flair. What is junk to someone else is a diamond in the rough to me. I love crafting with and re-purposing old things among other paper crafts. As always, I love to share creativity with others and invite you to visit me at Crafty Goodies.

I took legal size note pads and had them cut into thirds and decorated them with Jenni Bowlin Studio's paper and embellishments.
