Cards with Darkroom Door~

Hi, Connie here with a simple and cute card using the Eclectic/Typewriter stamp by Darkroom Door.  Sometimes we need a quick card and this was the inspiration behind this design.

Applying several colors of Distress Oxide, to your craft mat, add water and run the white cardstock through the inks.  Keep picking up
color until you have the look you love.  Let it dry a few minutes or heat dry the inked cardstock.  Stamp the Typewriter on water color paper with
Archival / Jet Black ink.  Use a water paint brush and color in the Typewriter with one of the Distress Oxide inks used to create the background
of the card.  Using the balloons from the 10th Anniversary stamp by Darkroom Door, stamp them above the Typewriter and color in with the Distress Oxide inks used
in creating the background of the card. Stamp the sentiment and adhere it to the Typewriter image. Speckle with ink.

Supply List:
Darkroom Door: Eclectic/Typewriter, Happy Birthday, 10th Anniversary stamp.
Ink: Distress Oxide: Peeled Paint, Seedless Preserves.  Archival: Jet Black
Other:
Watercolor paper

Here is another small and quick card that is perfect for tucking into a gift bag.  I'm using
the Thank You Sentiment strip by Darkroom Door.

The card base is about a 4" x 4".  Stamp the Thank You Sentiment strip two times, side by side.  Trim out a 3" x 3" section.
Mat it on colored cardstock, with foam squares, for added dimension.  Mount that piece on to a coordinating
piece of cardstock and that will be adhered to the card base.

Stamp the small Succulent out on white cardstock.  Using two different color inks, randomly ink up the stamp.  Trim out and adhere
to the card front. Speckle with black ink.

Supply List:
Darkroom Door: Thank You Sentiment Strip, Succulents.
Ink: Archival: Jet Black, Fern Green and Plum.
