Hi guys!
Well do you, remember the tart tins?
I always have a stock pile of these cuties. So many cute little gifts you can make,
that SCREAM ~ thinking of you.
You can buy these, all day long, at Antique Stores and re-sale shops. I see them
for about $5 for a stack of them.
This is what I made with six of them~
The photo booth people are by Darkroom Door. I love the faces :) I used twine, dried flowers and a saying.
I hot glued a magnet on the back. These would look darling in a muslin bag (could even stamp on it) or a clear bag. Even an envelope~
Would have loved to here the stories, these folks had to tell:)
See ya soon~
Ohhhhhhhhh I love love love love what you did with these!! They look AMAZING!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun idea! I bought several of this tins when you first shared them here. I use them for organization but I like this idea a lot. I see Christmas presents.
ReplyDeleteI love these Connie, would be adorable as an ornament also. Thanks for sharing
ReplyDeleteConnie - I've really been scouring the 'net to find some friend gifts for the holidays! I'm going to do this by making their photos sepia and putting magnets on them!!!! THANK YOU!
ReplyDeleteConnie how I absolutely love your creations.
ReplyDeleteSuch items are difficult to track down in the U.K. and impossible to source in my home town. I always say I would need to move to the U.S.A. for all the vintage style goodies I wish were mine!

ReplyDeleteThese are great. I'm actually cooking with mine again (Pre-kids and Post-kids:) Paid $$ from William Sonoma back in the days.

ReplyDeletethose tins are adorable
ReplyDeleteVery pretty! I coated the inside of my tart tins with glitter and put candles inside, but I love them here as frames. Thanks so much for sharing at the Make it Monday Party! Hope to see you again next week.
