Clear Scraps~ A Journal Cover

I did this for Clear Scraps using the Paint Splats Stencil and 
did I mention, it was super fun to create!!!  There is a tutorial of  how this was created on the Clear Scraps blog~I hope you will stop by.

There is lots to look at too!!!
