I warned you Monday, a week full of flowers~the handmade kind.
The first one {green material} I used a cardboard circle about 2" and put Helmar 450 on it and twisted my material all around. I tucked the end under and put felt on the back of the cardboard. The leaves are from Prima, the center is Jenni Bowlin and Prima {resin flowers}. The ones the the right were done like this~
Kind of a knock off the Jillibean Soup ones. I really like these and they were quick and easy using the Glubers by Cosmo Cricket. Then I thought~what about painting them~
I did beige so I could try the Twinkling H2O's by Lumin Arte on them.
Painting them worked great and so easy and quick!!
And here you can see I added them on top of felt flowers I cut using my Sizzix dies. The centers are Epiphany Crafts round 14 bubble cap, Jenni Bowlin's buttons and some felt leaves that I had. Let me know what you think about these flowers!!!! See ya soon!!
FANTASTIC!!!!! I love these. I had company today, and couldn't get in my scrap room, but I'm going to give these a try tomorrow. And I can't wait. Thanks so much! And thanks especially for the wonderful instructions. I cannot wait. Great idea to paint them too!!!
