Hi guys!
Working with another newly released stamps by
Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.
I really love this one~
It is called Iwo Jima

The Battle of Iwo Jima was an epic military campaign between
U.S. Marines and the Imperial Army of Japan in early 1945.
American forces invaded the island on February 19, 1945
and the ensuing Battle of Iwo Jima lasted for five weeks.
In some of the bloodiest fighting of World War II, it’s believed
that all but 200 or so of the 21,000 Japanese forces on the
island were killed, as were almost 7,000 Marines.
Card #1
The image was stamped on mixed media paper and then
the sunset sky was created with PanPastels. The image
was stamped using a stamping platform so the
image can be re-stamped several times. This was you get a
rich imprint.
Card #2
This card is created the same way as I described in the above
paragraph except the flag is painted with acrylic paints. The
night sky was created with PanPastels.
All adhesives used in creating these cards are by
Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.
Would love to see you join us over on the
Thanks for stopping by~
