Better Things Ahead by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps~

Hi guys!!
Welcome~This is my first post for Blue Knight Rubber Stamps, made
right here in the USA!!! They focus on scenery stamps and I love that.
Every week I will share two cards I created using the newly released stamps
for the month~
First card~

This stamps is called Better Things Ahead.  You will find it in the NEW Products section
of the online store.

Steps on creating the card above:
Create a background using the colors of a sunset with Distress Oxide.  Dip the card
front (watercolor paper) in the watered down paint until you get the look you love.
Stamp the stamp image on to the background that was created.  I use the Misti
so I can re-stamp as many times as I need to.  I love a really dark image when stamping
a silhouette image.
Stamp the sentiment on watercolor paper, paint over with the watered down
Distress Oxide.  Add to card front.  Mat card front on several coordinating
colors of cardstock.

Second card~
This card is created using PanPastels.  They have a learning curve to them
but I'm enjoying creating with them.
Steps for second card~

Using the Misti (so you can re-stamp for desired darkness of image) stamp
the image on cardstock.
I used red, orange and yellow, in the PanPastels, in that order.  I swiped across
the paper and then blended the line dividing each color.

Stamp the sentiment in the left top corner with black ink. Let the ink
dry and then take a polymer eraser and erase the yellow color (PanPastel)
leaving a lighter color and a label look.  Spray with hairspray or fixatif
to set the PanPastels.
Would love to see you join us over on the
Fans of Blue Knight Rubber Stamps FB page.
Thanks for stopping by~
