Bread Pudding recipe

Hi guys!!
Here is the Bread Pudding by Pinky Hobbs recipe that I posted to
 Instagram a few days ago.
You will love it!!!


Bread Pudding by Pinky Hobbs

Left over bread, cinnamon rolls or make cinnamon toast
( I used 5 homemade cinnamon rolls I had stuck in the freezer)
6 fresh eggs
5 cups of milk total (I added 1/2 cup heavy cream)
1 cup of sugar ( I used 3/4 c. sugar)
3 tsp. vanilla (Mexican vanilla)
2 tsp. cinnamon
raisins (1/2 cup) or not
Butter the pan ( 9x11) I think :) 
Soak over night and then bake at 325 degrees ~ 45-50 minutes. 
 I soaked mine for 3 hours and then baked.
It is delicious warmed up for breakfast!!

  1. Bread pudding is my favorite. But, surprisingly, I have never made it! This recipe looks pretty easy, so I just might give it a try! Thanks for sharing!

  2. It is on my list to make next week. I don't want to presume but do you soak it while in the refrigerator?
