Try It Tuesday~ Indiana junkin'!

Hi guys!
Have some great finds to show you, so lets get started~

grouping of vintage books ~ $10.
The books are from the Indianapolis Public Library. Love the colors together.

cupcake stand ~ $3.99
Looks very retro (plastic) ~ spoke to me:)

hanger ~ .50 , vintage heart tart tins~ .75, Tom & Jerry cup ~ $1.50
bell wreath~ $1.50 (spoke to me) must be the rust I liked :)
new eraser ~ .20 (I'm going to carve it into a stamp)

Typewriter stand for the instructional flip book.

Like this one ~
This one happens to be mine from high school. Amazing mom still had it.

Great for holding, showcasing or displaying favorite things.  Could be looked at as an
Inspiration Board.
These are the fine folks I'm working with in 2016.
Kinda cool :)
Thanks for stopping by ~

  1. Love your finds - I remember those typewriter stands. And that cupcake stand. Can't wait to see your repurpose!!

  2. LOVING all these finds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. Another batch of great finds! I love the vintage books. You seem way too young to have used that typing book. But the fact that it is Smith-Carona makes me think it was electric. They didn't have such a thing when I took typing in 1968! Or at least our school didn't have them. I still remember the typing music played in the background that you were supposed to type to. Thanks for the memories!

  4. Excellent 'finds' Connie!! How fun~ Would love to have that 'book stand' for displaying; great Tuesday find. I have several vintage books; bundled w/twine - but I like the strip of fabric for a tie! You always encourage me : ) Thanks for sharing! ~Karen O

  5. What fun finds. That typewriter stand instantly takes me back to high school typing class.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment on my blog. It means so much to me to know what you think. If you leave a question I will do my best to answer it and will post it in the same thread. <3 cm
