The Lord is my Strength Art Journal Page~

Hi there!
Today I'm sharing an Art Journal Page
using stamps by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps
and Creative Worship Stamps. The stamps are
different but worked so well together.

See what I mean?  So good!
I used Praise Him by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps and Women of Praise
by Creative Worship.

I used Distress Oxide inks (watered down) for the sky and then
blended for the grass and brick wall. I added stamps and stencils
for a mixed media feel and look.  The silhouette images are placed
on a stamping platform to get a rich coverage. Perfect
placement for re-stamping.  The words are a combination
of stamps by both companies.  I felt like they worked fabulous
together!

Product list:
Blue Knight Rubber Stamps: Leaning Guitarist, Praise Him and
Birds ll.
Creative Worship Stamps: Vintage Elements, Type Text BG, Texture
Tiles 1, Women of Praise and Mixed Up, Cross Stitch  and
Brick Wall Stencils.
Distress Oxide inks: Walnut Stain, Broken China, Peacock
Feathers and Rustic Wilderness.  All adhesive by
Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

Majestic Pines by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps~

Hi there!
Today I'm sharing cards created using the
Majestic Pines by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.
A beautiful scenery stamp that is great to
pop a silhouette stamp in.

The stamp comes with a set of small horses and a deer family.  They
look really neat stamped in the scene.

Both of these card examples are colored and shaded with
panpastels.  The top one is stamped over the color and the
bottom card is shaded over the stamped image.  I love
the muted effect it has on the stamped image.  Other stamps
used by Blue Knight are Flocks of Birds, One Line Sentiments/
lucky you. and friends rock. Birds ll, Silhouette Moose,
 and Sun/Moon Circle stencil.

The background for this card is created with watered down
Distress Oxide inks.  It gives it a mixed media feel. Very
simple card to re-create. All adhesives are by
Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

Praise Him by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps ~

Hi there!
Today I'm sharing cards created using
Praise Him by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.  This
stamp really speaks to me.  Great to pop in
a scene.

There are three sizes of the girl and guy praising and celebrating.   I can see
this set used in scrapbooking too. Concert photos come to mind!

I'm using Sunflower Sunshine with the Praise Him set. It is
stamped on white cardstock and random areas are colored with
Distress Oxide inks.  I used Versafine/Black Onyx for the
Praise girl.  The blue moon is added using the Sun/Moon
Circle stencil.  The sentiment is embossed on black
cardstock.  To finish the car it is speckled with white
acrylic paint.
I paired the Silhouette Rocks and Trees Stamp with the
Praise Him set.  The background in put in with
panpastels and then stamped over using Distressed Archival/
Hickory Smoke.  I love the muted effect it gives the scene
Makes the Praise couple really pop. The sentiment is from
the One Line Sentiments/Did you know...
All adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

A Dream is a Wish card

Hi there!
Today I'm sharing a mixed media card using
Poppy Field by Creative Worship.  This is a great
stamp to use for a Valentine card.

I'm using Distress Oxide inks along with stencils and stamps to create a
card background.  The Poppies are stamped on white
cardstock and then cut out.

Adhere the flowers to the card front and then speckle with white acrylic
paint.  I use an old toothbrush for this.  Works great!
The products used are by Creative Worship (Vintage Elements,
Texture Tiles 1, Poppy Field, Birthday Word Art and Diamond Stencil.)
You can find these on there website
HERE.

RubberStampMadness Spring Issue 2025

 Hi there!
Today I'm sharing The Spring Issue of
RubberStampMadness.  Especially the "Mix Vigorously"
article by Sarah Hoban.  She nailed it! So good.

I got to provide artwork for the article and gush away about how
much I love to create mixed media art. I use Distress Oxide ink
and water it down and treat it like watercolors.  You can apply the
ink with a water brush or dip your heavy, mixed media
cardstock in the colorful mixture of inks.

I used stamps from Darkroom Door, Blue Knight Rubber Stamps,
Katzelkraft, Paper Artsy and Creative Worship Stamps.
Adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.
I hope you will check out RubberStampMadness Magazine
for inspiration!! It won't disappoint you.

Art Journal Page ~ Spring Hugs!!

Hi there!
I did a mixed media page in my small art journal book.
It is about a 4X6 size.  Kinda like a tag size.
All of the stamps I'm using you can get at Topflight Stamps.

I created a messy background using watered down
Distress Oxide inks.  I then stamped randomly over the area.
The stamps shown here are by KatzelKraft. I will list below.

The Rabbit is from the We're All Mad HERE by KatzelKraft.
It is stamped, colored and cut out.  It is adhered with dimensional
adhesive.

The wheat is part of the background and is hard to see.  The sentients
are from Creative Expressions / Hello Spring.  You just cut them out and
adhere to your project.  All adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

The stamps by KatzelKrat are Les Nombres, Champs de bles,
Ephemera and We're all mad HERE.
You can find these products at
Topflight Stamps.

Mixed Media Tag ~ scenery stamps !

Hi there!
Today I'm sharing a mixed media tag using red rubber
stamps by Blue Knight Stamps.  I love the little "pop in"
stamps that make it fun to create a "live" scene.

The background is created using the Forest Stream & Mountains
stamped over a mix of Distress Oxide inks using  VersaFine Clair/
Shady Lane.  I usually stamp  in a black ink but this time went
with this green color.

I used a retired stamp called Rejoice Always to add a messy script
to the background.  It is randomly stamped in areas of the tag.

The fun part is adding in the small Forest Animals.  I placed
the tag on the Misti, so I would be able to re-stamp, if need be.
I'm always glad when I do that!!! I used Archival/Jet Black for this.
The tag is speckled with white acrylic paint and than with a small
sponge I went around the edge of the tag.  The sentiment is from
the One Line Sentiments/Friends set. All adhesives are by
Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

You can find these fun products and more over on the
Blue Knight Stamps here.
