I used mixed media paper as the background paper. I started
with two different colors of Distress Oxide ink and then
added a third color. Water down the ink and run the paper through the
ink, dry with heat tool and then repeat until you get the look you want.

The stamped images are added next, colored (Distress Oxide Ink) and then
the background is stenciled. Easy technique!!!
