I love that they come is a set of three, making for a beautiful cluster of trees. Great for a table centerpiece and other winter decor. Creating them is pretty fun too!! Let me show you~
Instructions:
1. Using Forrest Green
spray paint, paint the trees~ one side and then the other side, six pieces
in all.
2. Stencil small
snowflakes, on both sides of the trees, using beige or white acrylic paint. I
applied the paint with a cosmetic sponge. Works great!
3. Paint the star with gold paint or emboss the star. Add
snow (Rock Candy stickles) to the top of the star.
4. Let dry.
5. Create a tag for the
large tree using the Fruit of the Spirit stencil by Clear
Scraps.
6. Spray trees with acrylic clear spray.
The trees slip together, making it easy to assemble and easy to store away for the next year.
The tag is created by stenciling, on a white tag, with several different Christmas stencils by Clear Scraps. Also a great way to make gift tags for gifts. Easy and cute!!
Supplies used:
Clear Scraps: 3D chipboard x-mas trees
Clear Scraps: 6" Fruit of the Spirit
Clear Scraps: 6" Ice Crystal Snowflakes
Clear Scraps: 6" Holly
Beacon
Other:
vintage buttons, acrylic paint, spray paint (for trees), cardstock tags, black ink, embossing paste (for stars), acrylic clear spray (for trees).
