Gone Junkin'~

Hi everyone~I'm still in Indiana visting our oldest son and his wife and our silly "grands".  We went junkin' one time~hoping to get to go again.  Wish I had a way to get furniture back home.  I have seen some awesome primative furniture!! Very old timey!!  Here is what I have found that caught my eye~

I was really happpy to find these old game cards.  They have very sweet graphics and images.  I'm thinking the 60's to 80's on these.  I got another carpenter's folding yard stick {I know that is not the correct name} and a sweet little dish and some old  thread spools.

More  thread spools {$4} for the bag and the keys were $1 each.

Thought this was cool~it is not that old 60's, but it will look great on my bathroom door in my Memories Room {studio}.

I found these at a toy store in Nashville, Indiana and thought they would make a unique photo display~I'll get back to you on these.  We will be back soon so ...I'll see ya soon!!!

  8. Loving the old maid cards. My husband worked in management in a cotton mill back in the late 70's and early 80's. We saw the "quill" pictured here laughing to think it is now vinatage. We have the shuttle that the quills fit into. Thanks for the walk on memory lane. I am going to have to check out my new junkin' place. Every time to show something I want to go junkin'.
