Try It Tuesday~homemade flowers!!

Hi everyone~I have been out of town { again}!!! I went to may parents and my sons came with their families and we had a great time being together~one of those fabulous times that  we will remember fondly.  While I was there my crafty sister { that goes by cardsister} gave me these "way cool" flowers she made out of silk material and the Sizzix circles die.

Aren't these cool?  You cut the circles out of the Sizzix die and then , very carefully burn the edges with a candle.

Here is the folder she made when she gave them to me~super cute and what a great gift for a "crafty" friend!!!  I'm having a blast making these!!!!
I made two flowers and used them on these cards.  You can really make a ton in no time~love that!!!

I used my Jenni Bowlin scrap bag, Helmar 450 Quick Dry and the flowers.  Hope you will give this a try and go visit my sister's blog ~ she does tons of cards and they are just beautiful!!! Have a great day and see ya soon!!
