Bookmark Tags with Creative Worship Stamps~

Hi there!
Today I'm sharing my 5th project using stamps and
words, special words by Creative Worship Stamps.  I see
bookmarks are trending so I made a couple using tags,
with a mixed media swing:):)

The tags are created the same, I just did two of them:)
Different words but the same.  These will look great marking pages
in a book or the Bible.

The tag background is a mix of Distress Oxide ink. I used Mustard Seed and
Blueprint Sketch. I then added the Psalms 23 BG stamp along with
Peaceful Botanicals and pick a number to complete the pattern.

The top of the tag is added to the bottom of the bookmark tag using the
Sew Many Stitches Stamp.  I added reinforcements to the tops and bottoms
of the tags.  The sentiments are stamped on extra tags (needed for
bottom) and then trimmed out in a strip format.  The tags are hand cut (no
die).  This is a fun project, nice gifts also.
You will also need ribbon, fabric or twine for the topper tie.  Speckle with
white acrylic paint for the mixed media look.  I edged the sides of the
tags white acrylic paint.

Quick and Easy Sentiment Strips ~ re-purposed!

Hi there!
Today I'm sharing a re-purposed idea.
I don't like to throw pieces of left over paper in
the trash.  I want to find a use for it or
at least try :):)

Some 12x12 pattern paper packs come with a salvage edge on the top and
by turning it over you get a white strip (that is perfect size) to stamp
a sentiment on.  The time it saved was a game changer for me.

Snip off the sentiment from the strip, add adhesive and
adhere to your project. Easy!!!!

I was making Corner Bible Markers for Vacation Bible School.

I used stamps by Creative Worship, Blue Knight and
adhesive by Scrapbook Adhesive by 3L/3D Foam Strips.  The paper
is by s.e.i.

Bookmark Set with Creative Worship by Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps~

Hi there!!
I'm sharing my second project using the
Creative Worship stamps by Sweet 'n Sassy.  I love they all go together,
the old and new!!

I'm using the no.5 craft tags / off white to create the bookmarks.
I chose four coordinating colors and started there.  The
backgrounds are a mix of Distress Oxide inks (watered
down) and ten stamped.

The top is tied off with twine.  I added old postage stamps for added
interest.

Adding them to a keyring makes for a cute gift set.

A few of the sets I used.  Listing the below:
Creative Worship by Sweet 'n Sassy: Grunge Strips BG, Going Postal,
Foliage Silhouette Stamps, Texture Tiles 1, Grunge Elements 2,
Faith Wordfetti, Mini Tag stamp & die and To Do List.

Darkroom Door ~ Book Stack Photo Stamp

Hi guys!!!
I have some cool Darkroom Door to share with you today!!! I'm using
the Photo Stamp/Book Stack which is one the newly released stamps.

Book markers~

This stamp can be used to make so many things, just think " books".
These are done using white tags. Stamp image of Book Stack on the tags. I created both tags at one time. Use green Archival ink to stamp the Book Stack image on the tags. Spray the tags using Distressed Spray Stains by Ranger.  Blue, green, yellow and orange are the colors I used.  Dry with a heating tool. Go around the tags with the sewing machine border found in the Stitched Borders set.  Using the Paint Splats set add some splats to the Book Markers.  Let dry~  Speckle with black paint.  When it is completely dry, if you like, laminate the book markers.   Add different colors of trim.for a finished look.

Sensational/Quotes stamp

Archival ink/Ranger

Another idea~ a card to encourage Summertime reading :)

Using the Gazette background, stamp it on Kraft cardstock using black ink. Trim out.  Use Stitched Borders and go around the Gazette with the sewing machine stitch.  Use black ink.  Mat on black cardstock and then on Kraft cardstock.  Stamp the Book Stacks on white cardstock two times, using black ink. Trim the book stack out and an extra book.  Color the books.  I used the PITT big brush pen by Faber-Castell. Stamp out a small Butterfly, for the top of the Book Stack, and color it also.  Trim out.  Adhere Book Stack to card front. Add the extra book to the bottom of the Book Stack. Add the small Butterfly to the top of the Book Stack.  Add  Read. word to the bottom corner of the card.
