Introducing Mixed Media 2 Designer Paper with Blue Knight Stamps~

Just incase you missed the Mixed Media 2 Designer
Paper by Blue Knight Stamps, here you go!!!
 Super fun!!!  All ready to stamp and create
with. 

The pack comes with 20 two sided A2 size designer paper.  All ready 
for the stamped images.  The mixed media background is created for you.
Makes for a quick/fast card.  Another idea is making cards ahead and
having them on hand. All adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.
 Other stamps, by Blue Knight, used on the following
 cards from L to R.

Wrapping up the Month with Creative Worship~

Hi there!!
Sharing a wrap up of all the projects that were 
created using Creative Worship Stamps & Dies.
I had such a great time creating these and have 
more ideas, so don't be a stranger :):) 

I love creating "outside" the box, so I'm always looking for new ways to
use stamps and dies that are different.  The "mixed media look" really
appeals to me and is really fun!  So hard to mess it up:):) 
Creative Worship offers so many great mixed media type stamps.
Lots of cool background stamps too!!!  I love that they are Faith based
the most.  So many of their products speak to me.  To get a better

One Sheet with Creative Worship Stamps~

Hi there! 
Today I'm sharing my last project as guest designer
for Creative Worship Stamps.  I have called my blog post
One Sheet because that is all I used to create 16 projects.
So let me explain~

Looks hard but it isn't!!
1. Pick out ink.  I used Distress Oxide/ Chipped Sapphire, Stormy Sky,
Bundled Sage, Rustic Wilderness and Peeled Paint.  Add ink (watered
down) to heavy mixed media cardstock. Heat dry after each color.
2. Add in stamps.  Color in line stamps (leaf) for example.
3. Add stencil. Leaf Fronds with Chipped Sapphire Distress 
Oxide ink.
4. Cut into 3"x3" squares.  You have 16 projects waiting to be 
created :)

Post-it-Note covers were created using eight of the 3"x3"
squares.  
1. Kraft cardstock cover size 3 1/2"x7 1/4". Score in middle.
2. Color mat size is 3 1/4"x3 1/4". Adhere to front.
3. Add mixed media square to color mat.
4. Add twine, button and sentiment from the Typed Thoughts set.
5. Using the Going Postal set a space is created for "made by".

Will make great gifts!!

The last eight mixed media squares were made into "Thank You"
tags.  I always need these!!!
1. Kraft tag base is 3 1/2"x3 1/2".  Color mat is 3 1/4"x3 1/4".
Adhere mixed media square to color mat.
2. Add top hole with a punch and then add twine.
3. Add buttons and sentiment to all eight tags.
4. Stamp back for "made by" space.

Butterfly Tag Set with Creative Worship Stamps~

Hi there!
Today I'm sharing my 7th project using 
Creative Worship Stamps.  I have created a tag set 
using Butterflies in Flight.  Super cute set!!! These are
hand cut tags.

I love the color combo of the Distress Oxide inks on these tags.  I used
Peacock Feathers and Walnut Stain.  The ink used for the silhouette
butterflies is Versafine/Onyx Blk. 

Both of the tags are created the same way just different words and placement
of the butterfly.  The tags are dipped in a mix of Distress Oxide inks, first
the Peacock Feathers and then the Walnut Stain. Heat dry after each color
ink.  Stamps are added for the background.

I used Texture Tiles #1, Vintage Ledger, Pick a Number and Vintage
Snippets. The bottom border is created with Authentic Faith. Vintage
trim is added above the label shape.  The colored butterflies are from
the Made New set.  The words are added from the Psalm 119 Wordfetti
Stamp set.

The Goodness of God Journal Page with Creative Worship Stamps~

Hi there!
Today I'm sharing my 6th project using The Goodness
of God by Creative Worship Stamps.  I'm creating on a 
4" X 6" mixed media art journal.  It is a little 
bigger than a tag. 

The background was created by dabbing ink (Distress Oxide) to
an acrylic stamping block, spritz with water and then dab on
the journal page.  Dry with a heat tool and then add another color
of ink.  I used Dusty Concord, Mowed Lawn and 
Evergreen Bough by Ranger.  Background stamps and a stencil
were added next.  I used Texture Tiles #1, Vintage Snippets,
Peaceful Botanicals (Versafine/Onyx Blk.) and Leaf Fronds (stencil).  

I used Crackle Paste with the Peace Joy Love stencil and added
Distress Oxide ink, over the numbers, to bring out the crackle effect.
The sentiment is from The Goodness of God stamp set.  To complete
the page, speckle with white acrylic paint. Tip: An old toothbrush works great.

Bookmark Tags with Creative Worship Stamps~

Hi there!
Today I'm sharing my 5th project using stamps and
words, special words by Creative Worship Stamps.  I see
bookmarks are trending so I made a couple using tags,
with a mixed media swing:):)

The tags are created the same, I just did two of them:)
Different words but the same.  These will look great marking pages
in a book or the Bible.

The tag background is a mix of Distress Oxide ink. I used Mustard Seed and
Blueprint Sketch. I then added the Psalms 23 BG stamp along with
Peaceful Botanicals and pick a number to complete the pattern.

The top of the tag is added to the bottom of the bookmark tag using the
Sew Many Stitches Stamp.  I added reinforcements to the tops and bottoms
 of the tags.  The sentiments are stamped on extra tags (needed for
bottom) and then trimmed out in a strip format.  The tags are hand cut (no
die).  This is a fun project, nice gifts also.
You will also need ribbon, fabric or twine for the topper tie.  Speckle with
white acrylic paint for the mixed media look.  I edged the sides of the
tags white acrylic paint.

Praying for You Card with Creative Worship Stamps~

Hi there!
Today I'm sharing my 4th project using the Snowdrops 
Stamp and die by Creative Worship to create a mixed
media style card.

The card background is created using a mix of Distress Oxide ink. I used several
colors (listed below) along with stamps. I then used Crackle Paste with the
Diamond Tile Stencil to create texture.  As the Crackle Paste dries the cracks
form.  Adding more ink really highlights the cracks. 

The sentiment is embossed and added to a Banner die cut from black
cardstock. The card front is speckled with white acrylic paint.

Supplies used: Creative Worship Stamps: Snowdrops Stamp & die, Banner
die set, Vintage Snippets, pick a number and Diamond Tile Stencil.
Ink: Ranger: Distress Oxide ink: Rustic Wilderness, Prize Ribbon,
Blueprint Sketch, Chipped Sapphire and Salty Ocean. Versafine: 
Onyx Black. other: acrylic white paint, Ranger: Crackle Paste/Opaque,
embossing powder.
