Grace & Peace by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps~

Hi guys!
Today I'm sharing two cards created using the Grace & Peace
stamp by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.
It is a beauty!!!

Both of the cards are created using PanPastels and
a small circle stencil mask.  I love the look of this card!!!

Card#1~

As the background was being created using the PanPastels the
mask was placed to created a half circle. When the background
was completed the mask was lifted leaving a blank space for
 the sentiment.

Card#2~

The same technique as above, except the mask was placed over the giraffe
after the image was stamped on the mixed media cardstock.  The sentiment
was stamped on cardstock, trimmed out and added to the card front
using dimensional adhesive.
Products used:
Blue Knight Rubber Stamps: Grace & Peace
PanPastels:  Sunrise & Sunset
other: mixed media cardstock, Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L,

Walk by Faith with Blue Knight Rubber Stamps~

Hi guys!
I have a couple of cards to share using the Walk by Faith
stamp by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.

I usually shy away from purple but in this case it was needed.  I love
what the color purple added to this card.  The sentiment is awesome too!!!

 Card#1
The sky was added using the colors from the Day & Night of PanPastels.
The elephant image was stamped several times using a stamping platform.
The trick is getting a strong ink coverage for the silhouette elephants.

Card#2 ~
The second card was created the same way except the purple was left out and a deep
blue was added. It is kind of a royal blue. Very pretty!!
Products used: Blue Knight Rubber Stamps: Walking by Faith
PanPastels:  Day & Night set
other: twine, Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L, cardstock

I have created some Easter themed pillow boxes using some
pretty powerful adhesives.  Always easy to create when projects stay
together!!!
To decorate the boxes I pulled out my scraps of paper and trim and started there.
I used stamps for the Bunny and the sentiments.  The boxes are stuffed with Easter

cash or gift card boxes.

Abstract 08 by Darkroom Door~

Hi guys!
I have a couple of cards to share using the newly
released stamp called Abstract 08 by Darkroom Door. This is a fun stamp and goes so well with the other abstract
 stamps
in the Darkroom Door product line.

These are created on the #10 size manila tag by Ranger.  On both of these tags
the background was created with Distress Oxide inks.  The bottle tag is stamped
with Number Medley set to give that aged and vintage look.  The succulent tag
is stamped with the Abstract 08 stamp in random places creating a
background for the Succulent images to be clustered together.  On both
tags the focal images were stamped and then trimmed out. The images
were then adhered with dimensional adhesive to the tag front.

Hi guys!
I have a cutie to share today.  This is one of the newly released
stamps by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps called Sloth!  Love the
sentiment that comes with the stamp ~perfect!!!!

Card#1 ~
The card on the left is colored with PanPastel's and the card on the
right is colored with Distress Oxide ink watered down.
I used the Day & Night set by PanPastel. The colorless blender comes
in handy when blending the colors.

Card#2~
After the card was colored using the Distress Oxides ink, the edges were torn
and then adhered using dimensional adhesive to add dimension to
the card front.  Extra leaves were stamped out and placed around
the sentiment.

Palm Tree Beach by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps~

Hi guys!
I have a couple of cards to share using the newly released Palm Tree Beach
by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.  This is a really fun stamp and I
enjoyed creating with it.  The PanPastels are perfect for adding color
to this stamp.

Card #1~
I started with this color pallet ~

Added color and then blended it out with the colorless blender by PanPastel.
I used the Sunrise & Sunset set by PanPastel.  Tags were added with dimensional
adhesive for that extra pop.  To get the white foam look, on the water, use an
eraser to remove some of the color at the tip of of the water waves.

God's Treasures by Joy Clair Stamps~

Hi guys!!
Today it is my turn on the Joy Clair Blog.  I'm creating with the
God's Treasures set and it is super cute!!! I created three different cards,
using different techniques for the card background.

The first card example is a mix of blue green colors to represent the ocean and then a brown mix to represent the beach sand.  The treasure chest is stamped on the beach and gemstones are added, with sparkle, to enhance the treasure chest.  All three cards were matted with coordinating cardstock and then adhered to a folded card.

The second card is an example of the Distress Oxide ink applied with a sponge and then spritzed with water, so droplets form, creating an interesting background.  The stamping is done over the background and then colored in with watered down Distress Oxide ink.  The gemstones are stamped out on scrap cardstock, trimmed out and adhered with 3D dimensional adhesive.  The images are high lighted with a glitter pen.

The third card is an example of a mixed color background.  The Distress Oxide ink is watered down and the paper is laid in the mix of color.  The concept is to layer the colors, on the heavy cardstock, drying with a heat tool after each color.  This makes it easy to add more color when needed.  The stamping is done over the background.  The images were stamped out, trimmed and then adhered to the card front with 3D dimensional adhesive.

Abstract 07 by Darkroom Door ~

Hi guys!
Today I'm sharing a couple of cards created using the newly
released Abstract 07 by Darkroom Door.  It is a fun one and so many
ways to create with it.
These cards were so fun to create.  I used the Abstract 07 stamp to create a
 messy
background with of distress Oxide inks and a bunch of Darkroom
Door stamps.  The background is stamped on mixed media paper so it can
take the ink  better than most papers.   I just layered using stamps and the ink
until I got the look I wanted.  The background for the Bird House card was created
and then cut into 1 1/2" squares and adhered to card front.

Products used:
Darkroom Door: #hello card: Abstract 07, Grunge Marks, Whimsical Words,
Number Medley.
Ink: Distress Oxide ink and Archival
other: mixed media paper, Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L / 3D Foam Squares and
E-Z Runner Grand
Darkroom Door: Bird House card: Abstract 07, Friendship Sentiment stamp,
Lots of Labels, Bird Houses, Garden Birds and Number Medley.
Ink: Distress Oxide inks
other: Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L/3D Foam Squares and E-Z Runner Grand
