Sew Kind Of You Card with A Jillian Vance Design~

 Hi guys!
Today I'm creating with the NEW Antique Sewing Machine
 Die by A Jillian Vance Design. (blog).  I'm also using the Quilting
Stitches Background Stamp and the Sew Blessed Stamps. 
These are all from the new release.

To create this card start with the background.  That is the fun part :)
 I went with Distress Oxide inks, peach, sunset and brown tones. 
I stamped over the color mix using the Quilting Stitches Background
stamp using a dark peach color.  I then sprayed with water to give
the background a distressed, old look.  The Antique Sewing Machine
Die was cut on Kraft cardstock and adhered to  a 4" x 3" piece of
black cardstock.  Buttons and thread were added to embellish the 
sewing machine along with the sentiments.

Speckle with beige acrylic paint. I always use an old toothbrush.
Water the paint down and pick it up with the brush. Gives
an even speckle to the card front.
All adhesive used is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

Forest Friends Die by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps~

Hi guys!
Today I'm sharing cards created with the NEW 
Forest Friends Die by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps. 
It works so well as a frame around the beautiful
scenery stamps Blue Knight is famous for.

The frames are cut out one on black cardstock and
the stamped and cut out.  Showing two different ways to 
create with the Forest Friends Die.

This card is stamped, using a platform, for both stamps.
The frame is laid over the Silhouette Stag and adhered using 
liquid glue.  The frame is colored using Distress Oxide inks.
The scene is colored with panpastels.  The sentiment used is
One Line Sentiments/congrats.

The scene is stamped and colored using panpastels and
Distress Oxide inks for the flowers and water. The frame is 
die cut and laid over the Meadow and Mountain stamped scene.
The sentiment is from the One Line Sentiments/blessings.

I used heavy cardstock to cut the Forest Friends Frame.
Liquid glue was used to adhere the frame to the scenery
 card front.
All adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

Art Journal Page with Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L ~

Hi guys!
I'm up over on the Scrapbook Adhesive by 3L blog 
today with a fun and messy art journal page.  I'm using the 
E-Z Runner Grand Repositional Dots Refillable
Dispenser to create some cool texture for the pages.  I'm
also using the Metallic Transfer Foil Sheets for added 
interest and more of a distressed look.

Path to the Beach by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps~

Hi guys!
More from the NEW release by Blue
Knight Rubber Stamps. This week the team is creating
with  Path to the Beach.

Both of these cards are colored with Panpastels and both cards
a stencil was used to create the sun and sunset.  The difference
in the two cards are the stamps I added to complete the scene.

The extra stamps used on this card are: Choose Wisely
and Foot Bridge

For this card: Birds ll, Beach Fences and Girls
with Pets
The sentiment is stamped out and adhered to the card
front.  The sentiment comes with the set ! Soooo cool!!!
All adhesive used is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

Happy We Are Friends Card with A Jillian Vance Design~

Hi guys!
Today I'm sharing a card using the NEW Sew Blessed
stamps by A Jillian Vance Design.   I have a tutorial up
over on the AJVD Blog today.  You can get all the 
details there.

This is really a fun one!  I show you how to create the flower,
used to embellish the sewing machine, from the Ornamental
Octagon Stencil.  So easy and CUTE!! The background was created
using Distress Oxide inks and the
Quilting Stitches Background stamp.  The birds are cut using the 
Feathered Friends Die with green cardstock and the Antique
Sewing Machine Die with black cardstock.
All adhesive used is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

RubberStampMadness Magazine ~ Spring Issue

Hi guys!
It is always fun to get something you
created published in print.
It never gets old.  This publication is fun
and full of creative ways to make cards and 
paper crafts!  It is a magazine for stampers!

These two cards were picked for the Reinker
section in RubberStampMadness Spring Issue.
  The topic is dies.  Like as in 3-D, layers 
etc.

The card on the left is mainly layers using stencils, stamps and
 3D Foam Squares for the dimention. The card on the right is flat
but the postage stamp die is popped up with Crafty Foam Tape
for the added dimention.

it with you.  It is colored with Panpastels and created in the same 
manner as the top card.

Egret & Waterway by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps

Hi guys!
Today I'm sharing two cards created using the NEW
Egret & Waterway by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps. 

The cards are created two different ways and with different 
supplies. 

This card is stamped on a stamping platform using Archival Black ink.
It is colored with panpastels.  It is hard to see but I used a 
background stamp called 1 John 4 before I stamped the scene.
The Silhouette Sportsman was added (always fun) to the card front.
The sentiment is from the One Line Sentiments/happy any day.

The second card is stamped out and then colored with
Distress Oxide inks.  The truck is from the Rear View Truck Die
set. I love that it looks like a silhouette stamp and that the
Silhouette Sportsman is fishing out of the
truck window. The sentiment is from the One Line
Sentiments/happy any day.
All adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

Mixed Media Style Cards with Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L~

Hi guys!
I have a couple of mixed media style cards to share using
products by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L up on the blog today. 
I'm playing with Adhesive Sheets 4X6 and Metallic Transfer
Foil Sheets / Pastel and Nature.

I have two cards to share. They were created the same way just different
sentiments.  It is just as easy to create two cards as it is one
card.  This is mixed media mix. Love to create these types of
backgrounds!

Row Boat in Nature by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps~

Hi guys!
I have a NEW release stamp to share with
you called Row Boat in Nature by Blue
Knight Rubber Stamps. 

The top left card is stamped and emossed with black embossing
powder. The cluster of leaves, in the left corner,
are from the Cute Koala set.  A simple card and 
such a great look!

I stamp out and then fussy cut
the section of leaves I want to add to my project. The sentiment
is from One Line Sentiments/blessings set.

The right card is stamped and colored with Panpastels.
It is stamped using a stamping platform so you can
restamp to darken the lines of the image, once it is colored.
I used a circle stencil to mask off the sun. The edges of the card
 are highlighted with acrylic paint, for a distressed look. The
sentiment is from One Line Sentiments/lucky you.
