Jumbo Tag by Clear Scraps ~it's true !!

Hi guys!!

Clear Scraps designed a JUMBO wood tag and it is so cool!!!

I used the "You got this" wood quote and the Checked border stencil by

  Clear Scraps to decorate the tag.

 I know you have tons of ideas going through your head. right?

This is basically painted with random Ivy branches and a stenciled checked

border.  Easy and so cute!!!

To finish the look, paint splats were added.

Deco Shape Pallet Art with Clear Scraps~

Tablet Stand and Wood Quotes by Clear Scraps!

I created with the newly released Wood Quotes by Clear Scraps.

They are easy to create with and can be applied to different items.  

I used the acrylic Tablet Stand by Clear Scraps for my project.

The new Medium DIY Pallets and Script Word Quotes by Clear Scraps~

Hi, Connie here with a fun project using the new Medium DIY Pallets with the new Script Word Quotes by Clear Scraps.  These were designed to go together and they look fabulous all dolled up with paint and pretty paper.   My projects were painted with acrylic paint, but paper looks amazing too.

These were created with the clean "beach" look.  I hope you see it too!!!!



Instructions:
The pallet shapes were painted, with watered down acrylic paint, giving the project a colored stained look.  The wood grain is still peeking through the paint.  The script wood quotes are painted with off white acrylic paint.  I did not water the paint down for this.   When all painted pieces were dry, the edges were sanded to give the distress look (that I so love)!  I added holes to the top of the Medium Pallets with the crop-a-dile tool.   I used heavy twine for the hanger.  When it was all put together the pallets were speckled with white acrylic paint.  The easiest way for me to achieve that perfect splat is by using an old toothbrush.  Easy to control the splats!!  Just water down the paint that you are splatting with.
