Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop 2017 with A Jillian Vance Design!

Hi!!!
Welcome to the Summer Coffee Lovers Bloghop 2017.
Get ready to see some awesome cards themed for Summer and Coffee.
You might even want to pour yourself a cup and get comfortable!!
This blog hop never disappoints!!
I want to give a shout out to my sponsor ~ A Jillian Vance Design
They have a great selection of  Coffee Stamps.
Check them out ~

I used the beautiful Sunburst Swirl background stamp by A Jillian Vance Design for the card background. I loved the swirls, just letting the smell of the coffee, take me away.  The background stamp is stamped on the card front and then I added layers with the coffee cup, sentiment and vintage milk cap.

Here is a closeup of that gorgeous coffee cup (Cup of Love stamp) by A Jillian Vance Design.  The cup is stamped with Ranger ink/Potting Soil and trimmed out.  Buttons were added along with splats of black ink.

Products Used:
A Jillian Vance Design: Perk Up
A Jillian Vance Design: Cup of Love
A Jillian Vance Design: Swirls Background

Other:
Ranger Archival ink: Potting Soil and Jet Black
S.E.I.: Tumble dye /black (ink splats)
Buttons Galore & More
Vintage milk cap

I'll have two more cards to share, for the Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop,
on Monday, showcasing A Jillian Vance Design.

Quick Quotes and Clear Scraps ~ perfect together!

Hi, Connie here with some Quick Quotes and Clear Scraps products. We are doing a cross promotion with Clear Scraps all this week.  Love both of these company's and their products are beautiful together~

Using the gorgeous Printer's Tray by Clear Scraps along with some gorgeous papers and ink from Quick Quotes, a celebration of Spring has begun.  The Owl Shaker by Clear Scraps is watching over our sparse, but beautiful flowers.

The Owl Shaker is filled with buttons and silk flowers.  The frame of the Owl is covered with paper from the Windsong Collection and shaded with Baby Blue PowderPuff Chalk ink by Quick Quotes.  A vintage seed pack was tucked in behind the Owl.

"All good things are wild and free" love the quote. So perfect for this project.  Flowers fit in that category for sure.

The silk flower petals, buttons and sequins securely tucked away the shake away.

Products Used:
Quick Quotes: Windsong Collection : 104, 105 and 500.
Quick Quotes PowderPuff Chalk inks: Baby Blue, Seafoam and Clay
Clear Scraps: Printer's Tray and Owl Shaker
Other:
stickers, twine, vintage flowers, seed pack, buttons, sequins.

Try It Tuesday~ another makeover !

Hi guys!
Thanks for stopping by~
I got this jar set ,as a gift, from a friend.  I loved the idea but did not love the knobs or the color of the jar lids.  So I did a make over :)

I started by taking the knobs off  and painting the lids my
 signature Connie green color :)

Looking better already!!
I then added some vintage glass knobs to finish them off~

The jars used are a salsa jar, and pickle jar, not sure about the bigger jars.
Any size would be fine.
See ya soon~
