Bark Background Stamp by Blue Knight Stamps~

Hi there!!
Today I'm sharing my second project as
Guest Designer for Blue Knight Stamps. It
is called Bark BG and it is super fun!!!
Let me show you~

See what I'm talking about, it looks like real bark on a tree (actually is).
I used over nine products on each project.  I'll link below.

The tag is cut from the Tag Die.  I cut several at a time so I have them
on hand.  The Bark BG stamp is stamped on the tag and the colored
with Panpastels. The Stag is added from the Buck, Doe & Fawn set. 
The scenery at the bottom was added to lengthen the tag.  It is from
Birds ll and Eagles and Foliage set. The leaf branches are stamped and
die cut from the Background Branches set and then colored.  The sentiments are
 from Happy Any Day/One Line Sentiment and the Reverse Sentiments.
Add twine to the top.

The background for this card is the Mixed Media 1 Designer Paper.
The bird houses are hand cut from stamped Bark BG cardstock. The tree
limb, used as the bird house stand, is from the Chickadee in the Woods
stamp & die. I also added in the Birds ll and Silhouette Grasses.  The
sentiments are from Blessings/One Line Sentiments.  The leaf branches,
 on top of the bird houses, are from the Background Branches stamp & die.
All the adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

Encouragement Sentiment Stamps with Blue Knight Stamps~

Hi there!
Today is my last project using the 
wonderful stamps and dies by Blue Knight Stamps.
I'm sharing a card and tag using the Encouragement
set (clear). 

Both of these projects are using the Mixed Media 2 Designer Paper  (purple/mix)  
as my starting place.  The tag is cut out using the Tag Die and then stamped
with Blossoming Branches.  A border is made for the bottom of the tag
from the tops of the small tag (in the die set).  Twine and a button are added plus
a fabric tie for the top. The card is using the same paper (purple/mix) and stamped 
with the Flowers in Grass.  The sentiment is from the Encouragement set and
Reverse Sentiments (Thinking of You). The bird is from the Birds ll set. Twine
is added to the bottom of the card.  All adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesive by
3 L.

Breezy Grass and Tag Die with Blue Knight Stamps~

Hi there!
Today I'm sharing a couple of tags using the
Breezy Grass Stamp along with the Tag Die by 
Blue Knight Stamps.  

The Tags are die cut from the Mixed Media 2 Designer Paper / Orange mix. 
Isn't it cool the tag background is already done for you. It is ready to go!
 I used reinforcers (inked with black ink) to support the top tag hole.
The Breezy Grass is stamped on the tags.  Each tag the stamp is positioned
differently for a different looking tag. The dragonfly is stamped and
then the tags are speckled with white acrylic paint.

The sentiments are from the Reverse Sentiments set, one of my favorite
stamp sets.  Love the pop of black, brings your eye to the words. All 
adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesive by 3L.

Camping Stamps & Die with Blue Knight Stamps~

Hi there!
Today I'm sharing the Camping Set (clear) & Die by
Blue Knight Stamps. Super cute set and so easy to plug
 the camper into a scenery setting.  I'm using the Church with Steeple
background, just masked off the church.  The camper fit in
the space perfect.  I used a black marker to bring the fence
line closer to the camper. 

The sky is put in with panpastels and I used Sun/Moon circle stencil also.
I erased the moon out.  Very easy when using panpastels!

The Camping Die Cut is adhered with dimensional adhesive. The
birds are from the Birds ll set and the relaxing dog from
the Silhouette Dogs set.  So easy to pop into a scene.
The sentiment is from the Camping set and
One Line Sentiments/happy any day.

Feather Stamps & Die with Blue Knight Stamps~

Hi there!
Today I'm sharing the Feather Stamp & Die along with
 Bird Saying Stamp & Die.  These two sets are
designed to be use together (or separate), you choose :):)

To start this card I used the Feather Stamps along with the Bird Sayings
(clear set) set to create the card background.  I just stamped in random
spots on Kraft cardstock.  I then die cut three Feathers and colored them
with Distress Oxide ink.  The Feathers were attached to the center
of the card front with dimensional adhesive.  The sentiments are from the
Bird Sayings set and Reverse Sentiments.  Speckle with white acrylic

paint.  To complete the card, add twine and a button for a bottom border. 

This is another example using the Feather Stamps with the Bird Sayings Stamps.
Create a background on the Mixed Media 2 Designer Paper using 
black ink.  I added a bird border, to the bottom of the card, using the
Birds on Wire Stamp.  The sentiment is from the Bird Sayings set and
the Reverse Sentiments.  Twine was added to the bottom of the card.
All adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesive by 3L.

Church with Steeple Stamp & Die by Blue Knight Stamps~

Hi there!
This month I will be showcasing projects using stamps
and dies by Blue Knight Stamps. First up is the
Church with Steeple Stamp & Die (yes, they have a die to go with the
Church with Steeple Stamp).  So Cool!! 

To create this card stamp a portion of the Music Sheet BG on the card front.
No worries if it fades off, even better!  Stamp the church and then use the
die to cut it out.  Color with inks or Panpastels.  Add the BG Branches to the
side and top of the card. I used Versafine/Onyx Black and Versafine Clair/
Shady Lane for the BG Branches.

I added in the Mixed Media Numbers and the Hope Sentiments. Attach the die
cut Church, with dimensional adhesive, and the sentiment "Praying
for You" from the Reverse Sentiment set. Speckle with white acrylic paint
and adhere to black cardstock.
All adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesive by 3L.

Open Window Landscape Stamp/Die Cards ~ Blue Knight Stamps

Hi there!!
Today I'm sharing another Open Window/
Landscape Stamp /Die card by
Blue Knight Stamps.  These cards are the same
concept as the Open Window/Portrait Stamp/Die just
going the other way. Perfect for landscape scenery stamps.

Both of the cards are created the same just different scenery stamps.  The
images are colored with Panpastels, speckled with white acrylic
paint and a sentiment from the Reverse Sentiments set is added.  The
window frame is added over the scene using dimensional adhesive.
These are pretty fast when you are in a bind for a card.

The stamps used for this card are: Dense Forest and Forest Animals-Racoon.

The stamp I used for this card is: Island Reflective.  Just one other
stamp besides the Open Window and Sentiments stamp. The Open Window
 is stamped on Kraft cardstock for a different look. All
adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

Open Window Portrait Stamp/Die Cards ~ Blue Knight Stamps

Hi there!
Today I'm sharing my third project, as a Guest Designer, 
for Blue Knight Stamps.  I'm creating with the 
Open Window/Portrait Stamp and Die. 

Both cards are being "framed" over a scenery stamped image.  Both are colored using
Panpastels.  The window frames are colored with Panpastesl also.  Once the
 scenery is stamped and colored all that is left to do is add the window frame
over the scenery image using dimensional adhesive.  I always like to
add a sentiment to the card front (cause after all isn't that what a 
card is for, to say something) 

The stamps used on this card are: Birds ll, Praise Him, Garden 
Gate and Reverse Sentiments.  Also used the Sun/Moon
Stencil above the hill.

On this card the stamps used are: Ski Lodge, Child with Sleigh,
Silhouette Dogs and Reverse Sentiments.  Both cards are speckled
 with white acrylic paint. All adhesive is by Scrapbook  
Adhesives by 3L.

Honey Bee & Sunflower Stamp/Die Card and Tag ~ Blue Knight Stamps

Hi there!
I'm back with my second project for 
Blue Knight Stamps.  Today I'm sharing one
card (and a tag) using the NEW Honey Bee & Sunflower
 stamp and die. 

I also added in the Tag die. Very cool to layer the tag on a card front.
Also created a fun Gift Tag!!

To begin creating this card I cut all the elements needed, the tag, and the
four layers of the Honey Bee and Sunflower.  I then stamped each layer, colored
with Distress Oxide inks and assembled with dimensional adhesive.   

I stamped the tag with the Dictionary Page BG stamp, added
a sticker reinforcer and then added the Honey Bee and Sunflower cluster.
The background paper is from the Mixed Media 2 Designer Paper.
The Honey Bee & Sunflower were stamped in random spots on
the background paper.  The tag was added to the card front. The
sentiment was added from the Reverse Sentiments set. On the petals,
of the Sunflowers, they are stamped with numbers from the
 Mixed Media Numbers set. Looks cool!  Speckle with
white acrylic paint.

To create the tag start by cutting the die out, using the die. 
Add color to the tag with coordinating Distress Oxide inks.
Add in Dictionary Page BG, Mixed Media Numbers and
Honey Bee & Sunflower stamp.  Cut the Honey Bee & Sunflower,
color with Distress Oxides and layer the elements as you like.
Put the cluster together with dimensional adhesive and add the the 
tag front.  Cut the oval elements, using the tag die, cut in half,
add color and add as a bottom border to the tag. Add a fabric tie to the 
top of the tag. The sentiment is from the Did You Know... set. 
Speckle with white acrylic paint.
All adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

Silas, Adelynn & Christmas Stamp/Die Cards~ Blue Knight Stamps

Hi there!
I will be Guest Designing with Blue Knight Stamps, for
the month of March, using stamps and coordinating dies
 from the recent release. Today I'm sharing two cards using the 
NEW Silas, Adelynn & Christmas red rubber stamp and die. 
Such a fun one!

Before I started creating the cards I cut out all my elements and then 
stamped them.  I colored both trees with Distressed Oxide inks and
dabbed acrylic paint on the Christmas ornaments.  Wink of Stella
was added for some shimmer.  This was done for both cards.

I used the Pines & Deer set, stamped with black ink and
then attached the decorated tree to the card front. The bird is 
from the Birds ll set and the sentiment is from the
Reverse Sentiments.  The deer was added and then the card
front was speckled with white acrylic paint.

The second card is created using the Mixed Media 2 Designer paper
along with The Pier Stamp.  The pier is colored using panpastels.
The children and tree are colored with Distress Oxide inks.
All images are attached using dimensional adhesive.  The
bird is from the Birds ll set and the sentiment is from the
Reverse Sentiments set.

Tag Ring from paper scraps~

Hi there!
Today I'm sharing a tag ring, made from paper scraps,
using the NEW Tag Die by Blue Knight Stamps. 
It took about an hour, so I consider that pretty 
fast.  Hardest part (not really) cleaning out your paper 
and keeping the scraps that are big enough for a tag. 

I use White, Kraft, Black and Beige tags the most, so I focused
on those colors.  I also found a "testing stamps" sheet so
it got die cut too.  The Designer Paper (so many to choose
from) will make ready to go Tags!!

Mixed Media Feather Cards ~

Hi there!!!
Today I'm sharing mixed media type cards using the
NEW stamps called Feathers by Blue Knight Stamps.
There are four stamps in this set and made with beautiful
red rubber, making sure to get all the details of the stamp!

These are about a 3 1/2" x 6" in size.  One sheet of 12
x12" cardstock will make three card bases.  

The card on the top left is created using Distress Oxide inks to create
a mixed media background.  The stamps sets are all by Blue Knight
Stamps. They are Feathers, BG Dictionary Page, BG Sheet Music,
Chickadee, Mixed Media Numbers and Reverse Sentiments. 
The card on the right is using BG Sheet Music, Mixed Media Numbers,
Silhouette Birds on Branches and Reverse Sentiments along with the 
Feathers set by Blue Knight Stamps.

The last card is created the same way using Distress Oxide inks for the 
background. The feathers are embossed, on the background, and then the
large feather stamped, colored and cut out.  It has dimensional adhesive
on the back.  The sentiments are from the One Line Sentiments/Blessings.
The bird is from the Bird on Fence (retired set) sorry!! Blue Knight has 
other birds that will work for this and will look great with the feathers set.

The Mixed Media Numbers set works great for a "created by"
stamp.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays with Blue Knight Stamps~

Hi there!!
Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
with this mixed media Happy Holidays tag using the NEW
Background Branches Die (yes a Die) by Blue Knight Stamps.

So cool to have a Die for the Background Branches stamp set.  They can be layered 
over the ink stamped branches on the project.  In my case, a tag!!

Products used are: Blue Knight Stamps: Pines and Deer, BG Sheet Music,
Pines and Distant Mountains, BG Dictionary Page, BG Branches and Die, 
Reverse Sentiments and Mixed Media Numbers. Ink: Distress Oxide.
Acrylic paint and homespun fabric with buttons added. Adhesive is
by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

Special Delivery Tag with Blue Knight Stamps~

Hi there!!
Today I'm sharing a fun, festive, mixed media tag
using products by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps. I'm 
using the Rural Mailbox stamp and coordinating
die as the focal for the tag.

The tag background is a mix of inks.  I like to use Distress Oxides.
The images are colored with PanPastels.  The mailbox door is left open
(cut two of the doors and adhered in open position) giving the stamp a 
different look. The ivy branches are also from the Rural Mailbox die set.
The sentiment is added from the Reverse Sentiment set.  The Special
Delivery sentiment is computer generated.  Also used are the The View
from my Yard/ stamp and die (birds), Music Notes and Mixed Media
Numbers set.  I added homespun fabric, as a tie, along with a pear pin and
button.  Last I speckled with white acrylic paint.  The hearts were added with
red acrylic paint.  All adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

Past Due Tag with Blue Knight Stamps~

Hi there!
Today I'm sharing a mixed media tag created using
the Mixed Media set (aka. numbers set) to me :):)
by Blue Knight Stamps. 

I'm also showcasing the Peaceful Retreat stamp and die set.  Don't
the chairs look cool, so Past Due for this relaxing time.  The 
background is a mix of colored inks and moved around with a spritz
of water.  The tree is stamped from the Day at the Lake set.  The 
Birds on Wires is added along with the Music Notes.  The dog is
from the Silhouette Dogs.  The chairs are colored with panpastels.
A punched border is added and then the tag is speckled with
white acrylic paint.  Add a fabric or twine top.

Mixed Media ~ Background Branches by Blue Knight Stamps, NEW!!!!

Hi there!
Today I'm sharing a NEW stamp set by Blue Knight Stamps
that I especially love.  I love creating, adding in a
little something, something for added interest. The set is
called Background Branches. 

Mixing the silhouette branches with a line drawn branch is a fun
look on a card or tag. The background is a mix of Distress Oxide inks.
I heat dry after each color is added. Other stamps added are
Reverse Sentiments, Dictionary Page/BG, and View from my Window
stamp and die(bird).  To complete the tag homespun fabric is added
along with a flower power button.  Last I speckled the tag
with white acrylic paint.

Silhouette Cats by Blue Knight Stamps~

Hi there!!
Today I'm sharing 3 cards using the NEW 
Silhouette Cats by Blue Knight Stamps!
These are super cute!!!! They have Silhouette Dogs too!!!

The card on the left is using Fay's Bridge and Silhouette Sportsmen.  The scene is
colored with Panpastels.  The cats are added in using a stamping platform so
I could the right placement.  The sentiment is from One Line sentiments/
lucky you.  The card front is then speckled with white acrylic paint.
The card on the right is using several stamps to create a scene (a truck
full of cats). The background is a mix of Distress Oxide inks.  The tree
is from the Day at Lake set. The truck is from the Rear View Truck Stamp &
Die set.  Also added is Birds ll and Sun/Moon stencil.  The cats are stamped in
the back of the truck and one is roaming.  You will need to mask off the

truck bed to get the cats peeking out. 

This card is using an retired stamp call Bank Barn with 
the Silhouette Cats.  The color is panpastels and the
sentiment is One Line Sentiments/friends rock. 
All adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

Silhouette Dogs by Blue Knight Rubber Stamps~

Hi there!!
Today I'm sharing Silhouette Dogs by 
Blue Knight Rubber Stamps.  They have
Silhouette Cats too:):)  These are fun to pop in a
scene when making cards are tags.

The card background is created with Distress Oxide ink and PanPastels.  The
Silhouette Dogs are adding in using Versafine/Onyx Black ink.  The tree is stamped 
in from the Day at the Lake set. The picket fence is from The View from my
Yard Die  and stamp set.  The sentiment is from One Line Sentiments/friends rock.

The sun is added using the Sun/Moon Stencil and the cluster of
small birds are from the Birds II set.

This card is created using PanPastels for the sky and trees.  The leaves
are stamped with VersaFine Clair/Shady Lane.  The stamp is called
Striped Hammock. 

The Silhouette Dogs were added to the scene.  The sentiment is
from the One Line Sentiments/Did you know...
The Sun/Moon Stencil is used to put in the Sun.  All
adhesives are by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.
I will be showcasing several NEW stamp sets being released
this month.  So all week with Blue Knight Stamps.

Surfer Guy & Gal by Blue Knight Stamps~

Hi there!
Today I'm sharing the newly released stamp
called Surfer Guy & Gal by Blue Knight Stamps.
It goes great with the beach and water scenes by
Blue Knight.

Both of these cards are using panpastels for color.  The silhouettes can be
added into a scene.  Just drop them in. Using a positional stamping device
comes in handy when stamping with silhouettes.  You are able to re-stamp
as many times as need be, to get a good dark imprint.

I'm using Ocean Waves for the background stamp. Also added
is Flock of Birds, Birds ll and the Sun/Moon Circle

stencil.  The sentiment is from One Line Sentiments/congrats.
To finish the card I speckled the card front with white acrylic
paint.

The second card I'm using Path to the Beach along with
Beach Fences Stamp & Die.  The added bird is from
the Birds ll set.  The sun is put in with the
Sun/Moon Circle stencil.  It is fun to build a scene.

All adhesives are by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.
