Try it Tuesday~Pocket holder on a layout

I'm hoping my blog post name says it all~this is a continuation of yesterday's blog post.  The pocket holders by KI Memories have so many uses. I showed you how to tie it on a soda pop and fill it with goodies for dad~this post is showing you how great it looks on a layout!!  Perfect place to hold all of those Father's Day cards and original art work~that dad's love to get!!

I used pattern paper by Kaiser and attached the pocket holder to the layout. It comes with adhesive on it so you just peel and stick.  It is a great place to hold those hard to scrap things you want to keep~
If you are local ~the pop bottles and this layout will be on display at Craft Crossing along with all of the many colors of pocket holders. They come in different sizes also.  I'm working on a mini album~I'll get back to you on that.  I think we will need a class for that one~ have a great Tuesday, see ya soon!!!

Try it Tuesday~super cute!!

Besides being a scrapbooker~I love making hand made, one of a kind items!  I used some sparkle cardstock with my Tim Holtz {wish die}mover and shaper and created a little notebook. My inspiration came from Penci. She made some really cute ones for prizes at CraftCrossing.  Very talented girl!!!  Everything was cut using the Big Shot ~ These take very little time to put together and make great little party prizes or favors for a child's birthday!  Thanks for stopping by today~I have some really cool stuff coming up~just think buttons!!

Try it Tuesday ~ photos in a straight line!!!!

I really love this look !!! Three or four supporting photos and then a larger photo as the focal.  A favorite thing of mine to do is trail them off the page and cut the over hang off ~ leaving that photo strip look.  Here is another example~
Same thing but placing the focal photo in the center of the strip.  I have tried this using a black and white photo as the focal and it looks just as fabulous!!!  There are so many ways to change it up.  You can even let the photos trail off the layout , cut and then place the cut off part up at the top left corner.  I have done that and it looks so cool!!!!  I will show the layout after I do my class on it.  Have a wonderful week and enjoy your friends and family and know you are Blessed!!This is more of my work for heART of Scrapbooking ~ go check her out!!!!

Try it Tuesday/Pretty and Simple

This is a sweet layout using Crate Paper's Restoration line.  I love the vintage feel of this paper line.  The trim is "vintage" at it's best!!!  The flowers  are by Prima.
Always good to get a {{hug}}} from brother!!!!

Oh~ another sweet one!!! Just sitting enjoying the sun (not)!!!  This paper is by Kaiser/Peachy Keen line!!! Not a big fan of orange but I love this line.  I used the embellishments that came with the paper and added some Jenni Bowlin butterfly's and a title.  Pretty and simple~ Try it Tuesday!!!!
