1776 Art Journal Page with Creative Worship by Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps~

Hi there!!
Today I'm sharing an Art journal Page using
God Bless America and Women of Praise
by Creative Worship by Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps.

This was a fun page to create. My inspiration was a gathering
(or rally), celebrating our country. I started with the
USA Flag.  I penciled the flag in and then colored with Distress Oxide
inks. The outline of the flag is stamped with the Grunge
Elements 3 stamp
set.

The stars are stamped with Distress Oxide ink, cut out and
placed with Multi Medium Matte.  I will have a list of products
used at the end of the post.

The bottom section is stenciled and randomly stamped.  The
silhouette people are from the Women of Praise stamp set.  Love that
set so much!!!  Many things to celebrate :):)

Products used: Creative Worship by Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps: Women of
Praise,
Texture Tile 1Sew Many Stitches, God Bless America and
Grunge Elements 3. Stencil: Delightfully Delicate and Diamond Tile.
Ink: Distressed Oxide and Versafine /Onyx Black. Posca white
marker and white acrylic paint.

Thanks for stopping !
I have one more project to share for
Creative Worship by Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps.

This card was so fun to create.  There is some prep work, but so
worth it.  You will need to build a landscape to add the trees, deer
and the star of the card the COW.

Check out the tutorial here using 3D Foam Strips. So perfect for
those hard to reach areas.

New Stencils by Darkroom Door~ Round Arch Set.

Hi guys!!
Darkroom Door has NEW STENCILS and they are the bomb!!!

These are great for mixed media and cards. I got to create with
three different stencils.  The first one is the Round Arch Set.
That is the top row, first stencil to the left.

The Round Arch Stencil screamed window to me, so
that is how I created with it. The color is added using
panpastels.  The background is created using the
Brick Wall stencil with Archival ink. The leaves are from the
Carved Leaves Vol.1 (one of my fave sets) stamped with
Archival ink. The sentiment and the bird came
from the Love Birds set.  Also added the a sentiment
strip from the Friendship set.
The second card is created in the
same way using panpastels for the color.  I also used
the NEW Three Circles Stencil set, Brick Wall stencil, Take
Flight and Carved Leaves Vol.1.  The sentiments are
from the Adventure Sentiment set and the Friendship
Sentiment set.
Both cards are distressed with acrylic paint.
All adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

Happy Mother's Day with Darkroom Door ~

Happy Mother's Day!!!
Today is your day, hope you enjoy such a special time
dedicated to  our wonderful Mothers.
I'm using the NEWLY released Artsy Hearts stamp and
stencil by Darkroom Door to create my special Mother's Day card.

I used embossing powder to create a resist for the background.
The color is a mix of Distressed Oxide inks/Cracked Pistachio
and the NEW Saltwater Taffy. The embossing powder is by
Ranger/Wendy Vecchi called Tea Rose.  Coordinates with the
Saltwater Taffy so good.

I used several different stamps by Darkroom Door to add to the
mixed media feel of the card. Other stamps by Darkroom Door used are
Faded Circles, All Occasions and Number Medley (fave).
I loved how it came together!!
The flower is from the Beautiful Blooms set and colored in with
the same inks I used for the background mix. I trimmed it out and used
dimensional adhesive. All adhesive is by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.

Christmas Bush with Darkroom Door~

Hi guys!
I'm creating with the new set by Darkroom Door called
Christmas Bush!

This set would be great using the traditional colors of
Christmas or using the stamps like a silhouette image.
I have an example of both~

I started with background stamps on white cardstock for
both cards. A great starting place!

This card was created with two inks, Distress Oxide and Archival
Jet Black. Very simple and festive.  I used a stamping platform
on this one, so I could re-stamp, to insure a good strong
 black impression.

On this one I used the small ink pads by Ranger so I
could get ink where I wanted and didn't want :):) ~ I
only have a few small inks but did have the colors I needed
.

Products used:
Darkroom Door: Christmas Bush, Christmas Script BG, Torn Text BG,
Lots of Labels, Christmas Reindeer, Filmstrip.
other: Ranger: Archival, Distress Oxide ink.
