Creating a page from paper scraps with Quick Quotes~

Hi, Connie here with a tutorial for using up those paper scraps, left over from other projects.  I'm using the Earth Wind Fire collection (coming soon) by Quick Quotes.  I had some pretty good size scraps  to create with.  Basically I pieced them together to make one sheet of paper~

This is how I began~

Instructions:
1. Gather your scrap papers.
2. Piece them together creating one sheet of paper by laying the pieces on cardstock or another paper from the collection.
3. Ink around the edges of the scrap pieces with Quick Quotes PowderPuff Chalk inks.
4. Adhere the pieces to the base sheet.
5. Add color to the chipboard word with Quick Quotes PowderPuff Chalk inks and adhere to the page.

Then to top off the project, I framed it!

Quick Quotes products used:
Earth Fire Wind collection (coming soon): 111, 107 and 101.
Quick Quotes PowderPuff Chalk ink: Green with Envy, Antique Linen, Navy, Seafoam and Midnight Confession

other:
stickers, buttons, ink mist and flower punch.

Thanks for stopping by~

  1. What a beautiful page, and love that you made the paper piecing so seamless. If you hadn't said anything I'd have never known. Deserves a frame :)
